I had the same problem, if I got upset or angry lights would blow, anything electrical was vulnerable, heaters, thermostats, watches, cell phones, batteries, even the random large electric bill, (btw, that can also be due ghost activity) worse I started taking classes in I.T and the computers use to freeze up everyday, (and not only at I.T pretty much everywhere, the first few computers I owned were a b-tch, until I worked out why it was happening) I didn't really realise it was me until one day in winter I had an electric portable heater (the bar type) as I got upset this point of light on one of the bars got brighter, I noticed it and it started to dim again (it acted as a distraction, so it pulled my focus away from being upset,) so I got upset again, and I watched the light get brighter the more intense my feelings got, After that, I learned to control it more, I still blow out the odd item now and then, but its much rarer now, electrical stuff can still act weird now and again, (at least once or twice a month, I don't really keep track) it temporary disrupts the system of anything with a chip for awhile, I once tried to get someones attention psychically, and pushed it hard for a minute or two, it blew out two lights, haven't done it since, not sure I could repeat that, it wasn't the aim, I try to stay claimer, being aware helps a lot, I'm more chill today LOL, Stay away from the "new age" crap, its very often the blind leading the blind, (to many people trying to live in a fantasy world) Your spine injury while bellydancing, I have heard about the same condition happen to other bellydancers, spine problems with partial paralysis, that's kundalini, you were pumping to much energy through your system to fast, it overloads, and it feels like it hits your spine (your kundalini runs the length of your spine) Try finding a book called Ask your Guides, by Sonia Choquette
Thank you Tony for sharing all your experiences. I understand what you mean about being able to control the energy by being more chill and relaxing, letting it go. As far as the kundalini that is not how I hurt my back . I was in a car accident that almost paralyzed me. The bellydancing really saved me . It kept me off most pain killers and helps to align my spine and release spasm. I do think I had a kundalini experience before I learned bellydancing. It was an intense time, not something I ever talk about because it is too difficult for others to understand.
@@TheDancingOraclewithNajia Learning to chill is secondary, just being aware seems to mitigate most of it, And I love bellydance, if I had been born a girl I'd be obsessed with this, (and no, guys can't do this, its exclusively female, no matter what some people would say) if I feel depressed, anger or upset I just go watch some bellydancing and it helps a lot,
Yes . The awareness is truly the key 🔑 . My friend Omar adopted a Rudy Valentino approach to bellydancing. He is unlike any others. I hear there are videos of him on RUclips. He doesn’t have a channel but he heard people posted a few of him. If you find him, you will find him inspiring
❤️I love this! It was a pleasure interviewing you about this gorgeous, spiritual way to care for yourself with dance! We should all Chakradance and add it to our rituals to live a life in beauty.💖🌘
