These cookies are the tastiest in the world! Made with two simple, no-fuss ingredients, the delicious cookies contain no sugar, flour, or butter. They have AMAZING taste. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do! Eat and lose weight.
Ingredients and method of preparation:
Hello friends, welcome to my channel.
Today I will cook delicious and healthy sweets.
1 cup or 120 g oatmeal.
Subscribe to my channel.

Coconut flakes 3 tbsp or 60g.
1 tsp vanilla sugar.
or vanilla extract.
mix well.
Coconut flakes 3 tbsp or 60g.
Coconut contains vitamins B, C and E, potassium, calcium.
phosphorus, iron, copper, manganese and iodine.
It also contains lauric acid, which lowers cholesterol levels.
1 cup of hot water 200 ml.
1/2 cup oatmeal 60g
puree with a blender.
Or use oatmeal flour.

I’m from Belgium 🇧🇪 I just made these cookies 🍪 I also use zusto it is a replacement for sugar . Is made from fiber very healthy and taste like sugar . Thank you for this recipe

@@carmenn5609 hello I made them first as the recipe in this video but I found them a little bit dull in taste so I made it a second time with zusto (is 1to 1 ratio) I would skip the vanilla sugar because that is not healthy (sugar is sugar in every form) zusto is made with 100% healthy ingredients. The cookies are much better
