Can you please advise on how to open the rear door when this mechanism won't work? Have it all torn apart, no glass, and have the latch plastic cover off, can pull the mechanism hard, will not open. Sprayed silicone lube, and have tried a piece of metal to turn the latch the past 4 hours, can feel the metal move but will not open
