I lacked a bit of ressie confidence, i hit him up, he let me come onsite and help him for a day, watch like a hawk his methodology. Id also reccommend any young fellas who want to transition from apprentice to subby or the like hit this fella up, pay what hes worth and get a fast track for a day or week on how to go hard and fast in construction.
