What day do you recommend starting the salt water rinse where you swish it around? And if you dont mind answering- Is it normal for the part that's on the roof of the nouth to feel really thick? I'm on day 1 and I had 21 extracted. My bottom denture is so loose but the top is staying in place it's just that it feels so thick especially behind the front teeth area.
Question, when rinsing, do you do it with the dentures in or do we remove them, rinse and place them back?. At what time frame do we need to start rinsing after the 72 hrs?
There is nothing that can prepare a person for getting dentures. I had all my teeth removed in March and it’s been a living nightmare. First off my bottom denture were made like 💩. The top and bottom are so loose. If I don’t use adhesive they would fall out. I’m forever eating the adhesive and my mouth is permanently slimy. I spent almost $3000 on my first set of dentures. Only to have another set made later which I’m fearful that they’ll be 💩 too. Money, money and more money will have to be dished out. With still no guarantees the new dentures will even work out 😭
I get mine tomorrow! So nervous! I’m vlogging my entire journey with this process too and I realised I’m worried about some silly things like “how do I smile? I’ve not voluntarily smiled since I was 13” and “what if no one can understand what I’m saying?”
Great video just had teeth extractions and immediate dentures. I am not sure after the 72 hours if I am supposed to sleep with the dentures or have them out. Info, is all over the place, some say you need to keep it out when you sleep for healing, other info. The exact opposite. No idea which approach to take.
Day three since my extractions. Going to take my denture out today , but I'm nervous I won't get it back in. Thanks for all your advice. I'm not so nervous now. I subbed.❤
I'm getting ready to pull mine out for the first time. I'm really scared I won't be able to get them back in. Did you have trouble getting them back in?
They told me I can’t put glue on mine till I go get my reline but how will I put glue on bottoms if I have to big wisdom tooth hole it’s Ben 24 days with my immediate dentures
Wonder if I can smoke cigarettes with out my dentures in kinda hurts when I go to hit one dentures be sucking up hard on top bottom be hitting my sides but only on the right side left side fine
