couple min-max questions/notes... the 2p proc does NOT reset when boss is pulled so if you prepull use 2 presciences your first actually prescience will be a longboi which should net you an extra long one. the other thing is i believe you would want to technically go upheaval into tip the scales firebreath to maximize uptime on shifting sands in breath this way your not wasting any firebreath's ss time in the cast time of the 1 tick upheaval (which may be basically less than the gcd with lust anyway)

Your first ebon might will last longer than the cooldown either way, you mainly are using it to enhance shifting sands from your empowers. For breath of eons, you can use empowers after (this is how the Sims do it) but realistically this means you will be further from the boss, leading to a longer time locked into breath of eons (bad). In Sims breath of eons is always the same duration, so it makes sense but distance is important in-game. This is why I TTS FB as I run in so I can close the gap. Ideally you just do a min distance breath and use both empowers after but as a way to try and have a middle ground (where my DPS also have time to get their CDs going) I say do the empowers first. Hopefully you can see there is a lot of nuance here!

you are already decently tanky and your vers doesn't benefit your team. all other stats to - mastery ofcourse, haste lets you cast more and crit improves shifting sands
I really hate how they've nerfed mastery on Dev, I play Dev in raid, so i'm putting stats for Dev, but I exclusively only Aug in M+, my mastery is dog shit because of it. Had they kept them the same, the synergy between dev and aug would of been peak, swap between the two specs with 0 consequences
Why the adaptive? Why not the complicated wrist? Better to have a chunk of mastery instead of swapping between good mastery and boo boo crit/haste/mastery? The trinket stuff its just....why not nymue, perma intellect and mastery that allings with every breath..

@Preheat what do you think about the phial of static empowerment? It's the only one that gives primary stat and it's pretty cheap. I use them for m+ on some of my toons because they're such a cheap option, the rank 2s give like 500 int and they're about 10g on my server.
how tf do i go about organizing 2 augs to do the same thing, i cant find a guide anywhere about optimization of 2 augs, you say in your guide to just hold Prescience till you are about to overcap or about to use EM but that doesnt lineup in a way that lets you choose 4 unique targets every 30 secsonds, and is not at all what is seen from any of the top 100 augs so i have no idea what to do lol, im amazed there isnt a cookie cutter way of keeping 2 augs on the same page picking 3 unique targets for every EM cast, or at least a plan or guidline to follow as a base, that information just doesnt exsist anywhere.

Yes but you also don't want to hold it for too long so you should always have 3-4 targets marked with prescience (aside from the pull, you only have 2 here)
You'd obviously want prescience up on as many people as possible regardless of any set bonus. There's no reason to overcap duration on the DPS. You can keep 100% uptime on 2 DPS without the 2 set, so with the 2 set you should clearly be using it on the tank as well to avoid overcapping duration on the DPS.
I do this so I can move closer to the boss and give my DPS a little time to start but you can also do them after breath. So long as your DPS you buff with breath have their verse buff during the buff you are doing it right
