What’s the total cost and also average cost per caisson? I’m thinking 8-10M (3M land + 5-7M construction), I’ve heard 20-30K per caisson cost with a good GC, thoughts?

I've done a lot of hillside construction. Unless you have nearly unlimited funds and you do not have high blood pressure, do not do it. You can never plan for it. No matter what the soil report says, you never really know until you break ground.
