I rather you buy one and keep it simple starting a real estate building isn't easy all the time was squished into a 24 minute video to make it seem simple but it takes years and even more years to find a buyer trust me keep it simple

i worked in construction in germany for 7 or 8 years as electrician... and ive never seen a site this messy. but i guess its because of the systems, we do not have developers like him that much. mostly private persons building their own home with professional planers... so the owner comes to the site all the time, often with family , kids n stuff, where HIS house is build... and if its not tidy... it gets ... stressful. very interesting video, so many diffrences, and still, houses come out very similar in the end... only that yours are more.... high end :D thnaks for showing us!!

I know some countries use wood for the whole constructions. But, it was still weird to see it in this video. At the first look it gives the feeling of easily breaking apart, or catching fire from the electricals, or rotting in the rain. How do you prevent that ?
These are questions that bother me too. How do they prevent rot that'll be caused by rain. Also what about the risk for fire, it's wood which means it's likely smoulder before a huge blazing fire. Also all the stone tiles and stuff they put in the house does that not weigh down the wood???

There is always something to be said that he may get better pricing on building materials and if he has many projects going, he will also have access to better labor rates and better quality contractors (ones who actually do the work right from the start). Same goes for design and probably knows faster ways how to get permits and inspections done. Unless one goes through the process him/herself, no one can appreciate how complicated this usually gets. 12-14 month is usually 18-24 month for most. In that example, if he can estimate 800k profit at the end, first time home builders can probably expect 30-50% less.
Great video Enes.. Sorry to ask an amateur question.. Why are these homes made of wood? Don't they make complete concrete structures in there? are all these multi million dollar homes made of wood?
