Our city graffiti is no where near the California graffiti scene.. graffiti heads use colors and bring life to the walls. When the city comes to “buff it” it looks like brown diarrhea. The city of Chicago don't need graffiti to give bad vibes to businesses or tourists. The media and people you talk to do a fine job of that. Secondly as far as the highways themselves they should be more worried about it being safe aka not crumbling like most highways in this country. And as a Chicago issue they have more important things to be worried about.
