I’ve heard differing things, one source said once a day, on an empty stomach in the morning, another says empty stomach at night. Another said twice a day, once in the morning, once at night. I’d start with once a day and transition to two if you feel it’s necessary cuz I’ve heard if you drink too much it can give you an upset stomach.

My accupuncturist advised me to drink it everyday first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. And don't eat anything for 15-30m or else it interferes with the benefit effects of the okra water.
