Hi i used a B&M star shifter the reason i got that one is because it was a sale item on amazon not because it was the best one available problebly better ones out there .I had to get a 12 ft shift cable it was just long enough.
@@MrKalicat Yeah that's what it used to say in the old service manuals. Seen it done before, pretty easy to do. Gives you just enough grease but not too much so it doesn't increase pressure and blow past the seal.
What? Those things need lube in them?? 😅 I have to admit that I've never checked the steering box on my van. I mostly drive in straight lines, though, so it's probably ok... 😅

I thought you fill it though the bottom bolt hole until you see the grease in the middle bolt hole.
