I love the idea of hiding a couple different gear stashes as the de facto "save" and the only way to keep your gear if your character dies, but of course anyone else can find and grab your stash.
This studio needs to get more attention they seem so talented, also i feel this is the studio that can create a great immersive open world zombie game maybe with singleplayer

Wow, I'm actually looking forward to this. I had a trip through my Steam library looking for a nitty-gritty FPS MMO with a sense of danger in it but I couldn't find one. Not even on the store pages. I ended up playing Elite: Dangerous because it was the closest thing that wasn't ass.
Can you guys do another everything you need to know for this game in a couple of months or year? they are going to releasing a map called Streets of Tarkov, witch is supposed to be the most ambitious map ever. (like literally ever!) it's basically a downtown aria, where you can enter most if not all of the buildings. where the buildings have multiple stories.. it will be the the truest to life urban warfare any player base has ever seen so far. I hope the success of EFT will light a fire under the butts of larger developers and finally get them from playing safe to pushing the envelope. that is my rant.
Me having played contract wars for 3 years, am very excited for the release. Hopefully it stands up to its bigger counter parts like the soon to be released standalone of contract wars 2.0.
I think it's about time that we have a game such as what Tarkov PROMISES. I've loved the idea of a survival perma-death game where one can interact with other players AS THEY WANT, not as the game code is programmed to allow them (The Division) I like the idea of a perma-death game, as it gives people incentive to really make decisions as to risk their loot for other loot from players instead of going in GUNS BLAZING knowing that their are no real consquences to dying. I love this realism concept and to be able to play with friends as a clan against other would be fun. I also hope the open world really is BIG enough to explore and to hide from enemies. I loved the idea of Day-Z and it really is a shame games like these arent aimed at consoles as I believe people who play COD a lot (such as myself) would enjoy a fresh new concept.

A para-military squad style survival game would be pretty awesome. The squads would rotate and mix like BF and you can 'friends' of course. I would definitely give it a try!

This really is what shooter games should be. The shooting mechanics look pretty impressive and realistic compared to what we're getting these days. There's in-depth weapon customization, quite a few animations for the sake of variety, an interesting world, as well as pretty fucking amazing graphics for an indie game. Not gonna lie, I'm definitely excited to see what this game has to offer. Oh, and there's a clan system. That's always awesome I guess.

+AHappyTomato Hoepfully it's getter better with the survival mode update. I think they tried too hard on the story which not many ppl usually care about in their games but rather the characters who really matter. I wonder if all the good shit is in that DLC coming in May it better not be.
+Drumma Dre (dxp96) some people say the story isn't "OBVIOUS ENOUGH" because they don't just say "these guy evil these guy good" and there is actual thought process in it. Which is stupid. It makes it much more realistic imo.

It seems impossibly ambitious for this gen. It amazing, of course, but after SO many disappointing games over the past few years I'm sure you can understand the skepticism. But, time will tell. Maybe this will be the survival game we've all been waiting for!

Wow, I'm actually looking forward to this. I had a trip through my Steam library looking for a nitty-gritty FPS MMO with a sense of danger in it but I couldn't find one. Not even on the store pages. I ended up playing Elite: Dangerous because it was the closest thing that wasn't ass.

Can you guys do another everything you need to know for this game in a couple of months or year? they are going to releasing a map called Streets of Tarkov, witch is supposed to be the most ambitious map ever. (like literally ever!) it's basically a downtown aria, where you can enter most if not all of the buildings. where the buildings have multiple stories.. it will be the the truest to life urban warfare any player base has ever seen so far.
I hope the success of EFT will light a fire under the butts of larger developers and finally get them from playing safe to pushing the envelope.

Me having played contract wars for 3 years, am very excited for the release. Hopefully it stands up to its bigger counter parts like the soon to be released standalone of contract wars 2.0.
I think it's about time that we have a game such as what Tarkov PROMISES. I've loved the idea of a survival perma-death game where one can interact with other players AS THEY WANT, not as the game code is programmed to allow them (The Division) I like the idea of a perma-death game, as it gives people incentive to really make decisions as to risk their loot for other loot from players instead of going in GUNS BLAZING knowing that their are no real consquences to dying. I love this realism concept and to be able to play with friends as a clan against other would be fun. I also hope the open world really is BIG enough to explore and to hide from enemies. I loved the idea of Day-Z and it really is a shame games like these arent aimed at consoles as I believe people who play COD a lot (such as myself) would enjoy a fresh new concept.
Since there is going to be clan vs clan wars, clan objectives (pve and pvp), and raids I would assume the world is pretty huge
i like the idea of perma death because people will fight harder to survive because they dont want to lose thier stuff and it will increase the amout of effort put into survival

A para-military squad style survival game would be pretty awesome. The squads would rotate and mix like BF and you can 'friends' of course. I would definitely give it a try!
The game has no micro transactions, yet there is 4 different special editions (the most costing $140).
I am a very casual gamer, but I would totally buy this and play the hell out of it. This is the type of survival game I have been looking for. Can't wait for its full release!
This really is what shooter games should be. The shooting mechanics look pretty impressive and realistic compared to what we're getting these days. There's in-depth weapon customization, quite a few animations for the sake of variety, an interesting world, as well as pretty fucking amazing graphics for an indie game. Not gonna lie, I'm definitely excited to see what this game has to offer.
Oh, and there's a clan system. That's always awesome I guess.
