You could add an old "secret passage" somewhere that is collapsed in the hills of the castle.
There is a train going under it so you could use it as a story telling part with going that the Tunnel for the train used the basis of the secret passages to get through the hill.

The tram being automated looks like such a difficult job but glad that you are managing to do it and bring the city to life. The lighting and the automation is incredible, it would be cool seeing the tram or trains have lights on when they are moving but I am not sure if this is possible, it would be amazing to see a passenger train with lights on moving at night, or even a plane with lights being taxied on the runway. I reference to an older video, i definitely think a lauchpad for a rocket would be really cool; Especially with your building standards.

    This towers are very cool!
What could be nice is for the castle (or a church) to be used at night for a sound and lightshow projected on the entrance! ;)
As a side note, don't forget they would need a well in this castle to be realistic!

Out of every MOC Lego city, this is by far the best one. Been following the project for a while now and this is amazing! Keep it up!

Love this city so far and I wish I had the space time and money to make my own. Could add a bear hint in the forest as well with a couple archers and spearman.

Amazing.... love your videos for a massive city.
If you're looking for ideas, then perhaps it would be cool to have a campground with water slides, RV camping etc.

You could add some archaeologist working around the castle and maybe a guide with some tourists inside. Great job! by far my favourite Lego channel

My jaw literally dropped as you started placing the towers and walls. Phenomenal.

I absolutely LOVE the castle and the ruins. I mean...these are one of the best Lego Castle building techniques I've seen.
The only little nitpick I have is the placement of the tunnel right below the castle, that does not seem realistic, but I mean, it's nothing more than a nitpick. I hope to come and visit your display once it's accessible to public :)

Firstly, that castle is looking fantastic! The octagonal design works beautifully. And then all the technical work with the rail systems too, you're not far off how real trains are managed. 😆 You're a bit far away from me, but hopefully I'll be able to visit the museum one day.
