I think a good adage for people not confident in their ability, if you aren’t being targeted, filling the gankie’s hit indicator with feinted heavies (preferably unblockables) is a great way to confuse them especially if they always go for the parry.

Honestly the thing that annoys me is still that bashes can give heavy attacks. IMO a bash should only grant a little bit more damage than what is already guarantees. It's not really fair that a 600ms, high tracking toestab should guarantee a 50 damage unblockable, especially since it's possible to be put into situations where you *will* take high damage whether you want it or not.
It’s not really high tracking, the main issue with toestab is it doesn’t feed any significant revenge, any bash into heavy will give you anywhere from a third or half your revenge bar.

I feel the only thing that one can do to anti gank is just be aware of where your opponents are and try to push all opponents away from yourself. With most of the techniques shown in the video the opponents are very close hence why keep them occupied by gaining distance aka bashes and quickly switching targets to light and distract opponents from seeing the opportunities in the video. But other than that there are unwinnable situations in almost any gank from more opponents showing up to good set ups by your opponents.
That’s part of the stalling method, rolling early, spacing, prediction zoning/chaining, in fact most these ganks like the Shaolin and zerker gank are pretty easy to avoid
Altough this gank probably gets removed with his rework, here is Cent gank : Cent charged heavy cannot be confirmed from cgbs (at least as far as I know, feel free to correct me), but in can be confirmed from a non countered gb combined with the hitstun of the heavy punish. So what you're saying is that ganking requires teammates and coordination? lmao Welp looks like I'll just be sitting out then because all my friends hate For Honor and it seems I get the dumbest randoms.
The one on 13:53 made me scream.
How to counter 4 man gank? R U N A W A Y
Simple on how to counter this.
Alt+F4
I feel like I know how to gank pretty well. I mean I did it back when the whole "honor code" Was being shoved down anyones throat how didn't follow it to fuckin heart lol
But it's bad to gank right?
Seems that a lot of people don’t know about all this stuff, no wonder most people just spam attacks and give revenge only to get themselves killed and spam Wow
Dud, PS4 tag?????
Permission to marry your channel?
And i hate name ganking, because gank means go around and kill and that doesn't mean anything in for honor.
It’s worth noting that someone can build revenge as long as there is two people locked onto them. I’ve found by locking off and back on between attacks or simply running around unlocked I’ve distracted the opponent enough to get killed and prevent them from getting revenge. I’ve found this good for turtles who are just waiting for revenge.
Revenge doesn't work like this.
Revenge works off a tag system, where a tag lasts for 5 seconds (applied by landing an attack (blocked/parried/cgbed too). Freeze should have a video on how revenge works, I highly recommend you watch it.
@@Nutella. Hey thanks for the reply :) this is useful and good news I'll give it a go when I'm back on. It will stop me feeling cheesy playing the game unlocked so much in ganking scenarios.
I do a zone after the stampede and knee with raider. Fucks em up.
gets you parried if the guy practiced it
@@fkkfreeze I've literally never been parried doing it. Maybe I'm lucky, but I do it allllll the time.
ganking is a skill and quite frankly, an art form
