I played this game when it first came out. Quit after a few months cause I felt it was too much time and too little reward. Tried to get back into it a couple days ago. I am positively overwhelmed beyond belief.

I just started playing 8 days ago and ive trying to pull Ff16 banners and i got clive from daily video and Benedicta from banner now trying to get cid im enjoying the game. Been spamming events now i got rank 61 atm and a couple neo lvl 130 rank 1

Where to get NV Rain? I Completed the Painel Rookie and don't get Him

He’s unfortunately not in the rookie panel anymore - you’ll eventually get him from a random crystal.

I couldn't complete the first panel rewards because I wasn't able to add any friend XD
Thus couldn't get NV Lightning but was able to get NV Rain though, again no fragments for him because wasn't able to add any friend...
I still can't add any new friend, please help?
On the upside I've been able to pull and collect many units from the last few months, enough to be able to assemble full parties for FFV, FFVI, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX and FFX.
