Just one thing I want to add here: The parry can be pretty tricky sometimes, since PV can just parry very suddenly, which can be very lethal. However, I found it useful to start holding jump when you trigger PV's parry, then as you're jumping up, move back the opposite way and downslash. Time the downslash correctly, and it should be a pogo parry, and will get you out of danger.

22:30 I've seen people get 125, 175, & 225 denominations of reward for this quest; seems to be tied to how quickly you complete it.

There's an Easter egg I found in the sewers yesterday where you can bomb a wall & go into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' home & take a piece of their pizza (worth 5 hp). 😂 The crack in the wall was to the far north--to where it seemed like there shouldn't be any more accessible rooms...but I went ahead and bombed it anyway.

I was in a car accident which left me unable to work for 3 months and that's when I got deeper into the FFBE Community. Being a night owl, I would walk down to the corner Circle K and get an iced coffee and then walk back to my apartment to settle in for approximately 12 hours of FFBE twitch. I can't remember what the CC's name was but he had a goatee and was named something similar to Rakuten. LOL. Then SaiyanKnight for the graveyard shift, then Flip Method for early morning, then EvilLaughter01 after that. It was a great time in FFBE and it gave me company even if it was parasocial, lol. I really loved the growth of Archaic Werewolf and Deus Gaming as I wanna say I was on the ground floor of their start in streaming. All in all it was a great game with crazy deep mechanics that is still unusual for a mobile game. I hope to see some of you on the JP side, and wish everyone well who aren't going to be refugees there.

Favorite CG: Hess King Lasswell (Aldore King Rain and White Lily Dark Fina are runner ups) Time I started to lose interest in FFBE: Entering the NV era, as it became more difficult to catch up since you need lots of dupes to max out a unit and for DPS units, this is challenging as powercreep to that class is so fast, once you managed to EX3 that unit, other DPS units have outpowered him. Time I noticed that the game is going into EoS: Cut content, lots of it. One content I was looking forward was the NVA awakenings of the OG units (the ones the game gives you first) and it was cut so I decided to get rid of the game completely. Yes, I loved this game, it was a part of my life but sadly, Gumi's decisions made me hate the game and them as a company (I know SE has faults but they are the publisher and IP owner and was not involved in game development). Lastly, how Gumi handled FFBE killed my interest in WoTV. Yes, I was initially interested in WoTV since two units that I also like in FFBE, Ayaka and Mediena, are voiced there, with Mediena's Japanese VA is known for handling seductive roles. Sadly, Gumi did what they did and made me hate them so much that I vowed not to play any Gumi developed games. I do play FFVII: Ever Crisis and its developed by Applibot, SE is mostly on the publisher side.

Anyone else remember leveling up cactuars one at a time to try and get a great success haha. Claic made that guide and I followed it for years until cactuars were way too abundant in the game.

One interesting memory that I haven’t seen in videos yet: The whole Dyer saga.

Even though i stopped playing this game after season 3, it still holds a special place in my heart...im really gonna miss this game so much and just wished its somehow buyable to be played offline...

For a 2nd Gen gacha game, I'd say, it is fitting that the game has been a companion for many that have been through dark times and find something to relieve their stress out of. First generation being, possibly, Brave Frontier, and yes, this game is dying the same way, but kinda sad, except, GL version of Brave Frontier was kept in comatose for about 5+ years before it was called in EoS.
