    What do you think about eating the way Dr Gregor or Dr McDougall suggest for fibromyalgia? They promote eating high carbs.

    I found out I was celiac & didn't know. I was also allergic to milk when born. 2 yrs later mom put it back in my diet when brother was born 😅 but true I had ear infections inner a lot as a kid. Sinuses really cleared when off milk & most other dairy. Vitamin D helps pain too

    I stopped milk because I was always having sinus infections and it could have been a a precursor for fibromyalgia and myofascial pain as well I eat cheese still and probably need to really take a better look at that just to know for sure if that aggravates it at all for me

    I did that with gluten exactly 6 weeks worth 6 weeks without and hurt for 3 weeks after and I knew that it was the gluten that I ate again
