I remember starting my diet because of you I started at 230lbs I was super fat and once I watched you way back then you motivated me to never quit! I was readying the comments while watching, and I saw a lot of people mentioning they started crying. I thought to myself self I won’t do that. I was wrong right at the end when CBUM is going over his experience I start tearing up. And he really spoke to me about having no quit. I have been going through a ruff time in my life and I’ve been using the gym to stay sane. But there’s just times I feel like I’m drowning and barley keeping my head above water. But after this video I know I can hold on, and I know I’ll make it through this. Thank you Chris for everything you do.

I remember starting my diet because of you I started at 230lbs I was super fat and once I watched you way back then you motivated me to never quit! Now I’m 149lbs and I’m still learning to love every moment of my my life. I cry at almost every video even if it’s a happy one because I know you have a heart that motivates all. ❤

Finally watched this after it being out for over a month and god must’ve had me wait for a reason. Just tore my pec a couple days ago i compete as well and have felt lost all week. Not anymore i see even those greater than you have the same issues. I’m no cbum and never will be but damn what timing in my life. I was readying the comments while watching, and I saw a lot of people mentioning they started crying. I thought to myself self I won’t do that. I was wrong right at the end when CBUM is going over his experience I start tearing up. And he really spoke to me about having no quit. I have been going through a ruff time in my life and I’ve been using the gym to stay sane. But there’s just times I feel like I’m drowning and barley keeping my head above water. But after this video I know I can hold on, and I know I’ll make it through this. Thank you Chris for everything you do.
