Update: The phone connection is now working every time! However the Ducati Connect screen on the bike just freezes, not allowing any options to be clicked.
Good day and thanks for your videos sharing so many infos.I just receive a week ago my V4S and i want to ask you,is there any specific instructions or special care i must do,during washing the bike with tft monitor and so many electronics on it???
The bike is rated to be waterproof as it is meant to be written through different weather conditions. Is recommended not to hit it with high pressure water or at angles. That would be vastly different than what's encountered through normal riding. I highly recommend reading the owner's manual to understand what Ducati recommends for the bike.
I have a V4S and have never connected my phone to the bike cant be arsed with all the hassle. Also I must admit after owning x2 BMW 1200 GS Adventures although the Multi has a sublime engine Im missing my old BMW😳
I agree to a point. I love the V4s, but my old Multistrada 1200 had so much more character. The V4s is truly better in pretty much every measurable way, but the 1200 had such personality that I formed an emotional bond with it that is not matched with the V4
Correct, my fuel tank no longer vents to the charcoal canister and the bike runs so well now. My dealership did it "for testing purposes" but said if it causes me no problems to just keep it that way. I do occasionally get a slight fuel vapor odor in my garage when the bike is parked with a full tank and it's hot
@@4KMotoring That's awesome, when i asked my dealer to bypass mine they gave me the 'it'll void the warrenty" spill. When i get the bike back, hopefully it'll run normal.

Thought you had some bypass the charcoal canister? I’ve had to take mine in twice from this “surging issue” I was having.
