How To Make Shrink Tube Handles for Sparrows Lock Picks

Not bad the shrink tubing appears to be Harbor Freight brand, using a lighter is a popular method as a quick way of doing it, a heat gun works better from what I understand.
What brand are the picks?

You didn't tell us which size shrink tubing to use. That looks like 5/16"

It’s from a harbor freight shrink tube kit. I believe it was the 1/4” D x 1-3/8” L. Hope this helps.
