In the original movie, Ripley blasts the Alien out of the airlock and into space- and it just grabs onto the ship and starts trying to climb back in through the thrusters, seemingly unaffected. What kills it is either the blast from the thrusters when Ripley activates them, or it just naturally dying over time with lack of food/old age. It didn't seem to be suffocating at all.

I only question one thing ... if there are facehuggers there HAS to be a queen. Where is she in this game? Maybe down there in the belly of the station but we never get to see. Also how did the queen lay eggs in the Jefferies Tubes? (Crawlspaces) She is absolutely huge per Aliens movie.
The ending is the one part of the game I didnt like. It just reached a point of "come on this is too much". She should have been able to escape on the torrens.
What was the point in blowing the reactor of an already doomed to crash into a gas giant planet, ship? And why was said reactor on the outer hull? This ship was clearly a clone of the Nostomo, which logically had it's reactor inside the ship?....
It was likely meant to set up a sequel, but the game sadly didn't sell enough for that - it sold ok, but not in the numbers Sega was aiming for. The first Alien film also established that both facehuggers and drones can move without atmosphere - no conflict here.
Can someone explain how the Xeno is on board the ship that never doced with the station.................... in the end. And why isnt there a queen in the game at all.
If you listen carefully in the final scenes before she's back on the ship, Verlaine tells Ripley: 'I've set the airlock to auto'. Meaning that if one of the aliens managed to get onto the Torrens as Ripley did, they'd have managed to enter without barrier. The developers also said there was a Queen on Sevastapol, but Ripley just didn't meet her - the evidence is in the nest and eggs you encounter. They didn't want there to be pressure for Ripley and the Queen to repeat a boss - b battle, like in Aliens.
I make a point of playing this every year. Never get tired of it. I hope they do a live action version of this one day. Think Brie Larson has a likeness of Amanda
So I just beat this game literally a few minutes ago (my first run) I love this game, this game definitely gave me stress and anxiety and ripley’s acting was just absolutely amazing!…is this the only ending though? Or is there more?
Only one. I am waiting for sequel. I hope Creative Assembly will give us continuation of Amanda's Story after Alien Romulus success. I played this 10 years ago and it is still a master piece.
By this point I just wanted the game over with. It was needlessly long and the constant moving of the goal posts on the "fetch this/push that button" quests got really old. By the end the alien encounters were more annoying than scary. A few hours shorter and this game would've been a 10. And there should be a free roam mode for at least the Nostromo DLC. And why would you have a ship mechanism reliant upon taking a key card into the vacuum of space to put into a slot? What if the carrier loses control of it and it floats away?
if you follow alien franchise you might know in movies when you thought ohhh thank god finally threat is over than they surprise you with a new big threat this is kind of thing in alien franchise so dev use this thing in this game too

@1:19 Dang it was just hanging out there already?
Such an amazing game! I love the feeling of the game!
Amanda Ripley the only one who can make Solid Snake lost his confidence
The ending is the one part of the game I didnt like. It just reached a point of "come on this is too much". She should have been able to escape on the torrens.
I like bad endings also wait maybe survived
I think the hostile working Joe's were creepier than the xenomorphs tbh
Man I want an extended version of that 20 second score at 5.40 to 6.00. Sounds so sinister.
What was the point in blowing the reactor of an already doomed to crash into a gas giant planet, ship? And why was said reactor on the outer hull? This ship was clearly a clone of the Nostomo, which logically had it's reactor inside the ship?....
Aliens in the vacuum of space?... c´mon man... the ending was a little unsatifying.
Yeah, like, like it was in the first and second movie, so totally acurate, you means ?
c´mon man...
It was likely meant to set up a sequel, but the game sadly didn't sell enough for that - it sold ok, but not in the numbers Sega was aiming for.
The first Alien film also established that both facehuggers and drones can move without atmosphere - no conflict here.
Would love for there to be a sequel. Complete with Pulse Rifles!
Hope we get a sequel
Best game ever
Can someone explain how the Xeno is on board the ship that never doced with the station.................... in the end. And why isnt there a queen in the game at all.
It's literally the starting of Alien.. just like the first movie
@@JohnDoe-xk1dv ok thx !
I make a point of playing this every year. Never get tired of it. I hope they do a live action version of this one day. Think Brie Larson has a likeness of Amanda
Interesting. I never got this far, I had a bug when opening some door which wouldn't let me through. Not played it for years now.
So she dies at the end??
Não.
Uma nave resgata ela.
a continuaçao desse jogo foi feita feita pra celular.
"Alien: Blackout"
É um jogo bem diferente de Alien isolation.
I think that ending is her dreaming and that she is in coma
I jumped so hard when that door opened 😂
So I just beat this game literally a few minutes ago (my first run) I love this game, this game definitely gave me stress and anxiety and ripley’s acting was just absolutely amazing!…is this the only ending though? Or is there more?
Only one. I am waiting for sequel. I hope Creative Assembly will give us continuation of Amanda's Story after Alien Romulus success. I played this 10 years ago and it is still a master piece.
Glad i finished this game even tho i had to put it on easy mode to do it 😂
We want finaly a Part two!
I wish they would make a co op campaign alien game.
I thought there was no noise in space?
I cursed just watching this clip.
I never play and finish this game. Too much stress.
This is my 4 th fav series
she got picked up by predator ship..imagine that.
What if the carrier loses control of it and it floats away?
if you follow alien franchise you might know in movies when you thought ohhh thank god finally threat is over than they surprise you with a new big threat this is kind of thing in alien franchise so dev use this thing in this game too
Great game but never got this far!
ngl this part was by far one of the most stressfull parts of the game
Toughest game I've ever played. I was high most the time but this shit stressed me out
3:36 Blowing up the station
She killed herself?
No. In the second film, we learn she died aged
Sacrificed herself, but she didn't die - the light at the end suggests she was found.
Emm ive never play thi game , but how are the xenos walking outside with no problem at zero G ?
0G isnt really a problem they are clinging to the structure
Why make a ship where you have to do all this asinine malarky in the middle of a crisis.
Also, why no weapons?
Still waiting on Isolation 2 or an Aliens Open world game not aliens fire team delete... but something way larger more to it like Aliens Dark descent but more space stations planets and or companies the whole story. also First person.
fire team delete lol
Amazing game but gave me huge anxiety 😫
Did u know the alien has two ia one is for movement and one is called director literally it knows weee Ur hiding
Where is the boss fight?
I don't get what happened in the end?
@1:31 That's the Dead Space sound effect knowing it's time to gtfo of there lmaoo (not saying it's copying)
And to make it worse for they can breath in space yes....so if you thought its safer out in space in a eva suit too bad
Yeah..but the aliens killing off 2 Ripleys.. Give me a break.. ( Iove the game, but GIVE me something to believe in). Don't leave me in space please?
Just completed on Hard, I need therapy 😂
Where’s my sequel
sometime in December
They need to make another one
I just finished this game and can't get over how shit the ending was after all that.
where was the boss?
She was the boss.
When you think this crap is about to start all over again ...
In Germany we say: da gehts ab amk!
Terrible timing of the trophy popup haha
最後どうなったのかな
You are aware that this is just a game..... right....
Like in: non of this is real... right ?
