It doesn't take 10 years to reach HRBP. Maybe it's country specific. There are also Jr. HRBP with 3 years of experiences.

Hi , I am still not convinced on the salary part given in bigger companies I still see cost cutting in hiring for HRBP with 8- 12 yrs Exp still the salary range varying b/w 10 - 15 lakhs PA so 50 lpa is not even possible.

Dear, if you think its "impossible", then it will be for sure impossible for you.. your estimate of CTC clearly shows you have worked only with services companies, who are big in strength but do not pay good salaries.. so widen your search if you genuinely want to scale up... target product companies... and the numbers I shared are not based of google search, these are based on real people that I know are getting much more and beyond... All the best!!

Dear, I have done a separate video on HR Analyst, though it may appear as a HR job, but its more of a "technical analyst job" in HR domain. It has a different growth curve than HR jobs..

Hi, for starting back after a huge gap, I would suggest not limit yourself to WFH, as that is anyways a very competitive space, if you can't do work from office at all, then start by taking "recruitment projects" as a freelancer..

Dear, it depends for what you are doing it, if you are doing it to learn skills and then apply those skills in your job, that will give you growth.. But if you are doing it just for a label in your resume/profile, that will not give you growth automatically... Growth will solely depend on how much you know..
