@@TheMercury-13 I didn't see this until now. I'm sorry. The Invisalign, for me, have caused a lot of lower face issues. The muscles of my lower face are more pronounced, stronger. Until I am done with my Invisalign treatment and stop clenching my jaw from making sure the aligners are seated to my teeth, I need to be sure to use my devices to try to correct the issue of the overdeveloped lower face muscles from pulling down my cheeks. It's really affecting the whole lower part of my face to include marionette lines and even jowls. It's unbelievable.

  • @Jessicaran

I started invisalign in December and you're supposed to bite on a chewie (squishy plastic piece) to get your teeth to move, but I also grind sometimes. My jaw muscles get SO much tighter and tired now. I notice my skin doesn't look as great the last several months (I stopped retinol etc for a WHILE bc of microblading my brows- tech said they weren't healing bc of that) . But also I have much more pronounced wrinkles around my eyes and eleven. Could this be rooted in the orthodontic? A derm gave me retin a and said it was the layers of skin that needed to come off but now I wonder

I do several of your massages and face exercises and they are all great. My dimples returned and I haven't seen them in over 25 years, actually forgot I had them.. But the most difficult for me is the marionette lines. They are so compounded that I have stopped doing the other exercises and will just focus on the marionette lines because it's slowing the progress with the other exercises. It is working the ball is smaller, but it is still there and it's been over 3 months now. I'm wondering how long can this take before they release? Thanks for all your videos, they really are great..

I'm 33 and already have marionette lines, however, I don't feel any "balls" in DAO area, like there is nothing to massage out :( the only "ball" I get is when i make "duck lips" - on the corners of my lips. My husband has no marionette lines, and he feels there sth too, so I think it's bichat fat pads...What do you think about it, Christine? Also, is it posssible to send you a photo of these lines - i'm not even sure if those are marionette lines :( It seems like I have a bit of fat there that creates folds.
