This is such a great, quick full-face and neck de-puffing routine! I didn't have much time just now, and I was feeling puffy, and of course I have this bookmarked. For some reason it works much better when I work with the videos rather than doing it myself from memory.

Lol. I’m glad it helps. I had a client today that said the same thing. Not the same when she does it without me. ❤️

Really great video! I have noticed that people who make videos with lymf drainage in facial areas recomend the routine twice a week, where as you recomend this routine like daily, do you think that is because cupping is gives stronger result?
(I have followed your jawl routine for a year now, and enjoy it.)

Thank you so much! I have been revisiting your massage videos these past few days, so this is very timely. My left nasolabial fold is so deep! I can feel a very tight band/bundle inside my mouth that coresponds to it. I have been trying to release and soften it using your videos. I think it is helping, but I am also feeling a bit bruised and puffy. Hopefully these massages will help with drainage. I also need to get a microcurrent tool. Your videos are so helpful.
