    Wonderful information. I have had chronically tight neck muscles and disk problems, tight fascia, etc. this helps to explain my resting B. Face.
    Motivation to actually purchase and use Anna, instead of only watching what is possible. Thanks!!

    How do you know when to go deeper? Like how do you know when you’ve released the superficial fascia to then start going for the deeper stuff?
    I just received my anma from your store and can’t wait to get started! 😍

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  Год назад +4

      Id stay surfacey for a bit before you go deeper. Fascia is like a 3D spiderweb so if you go too hard too soon you dive past the superficial stuff. Play with it. Don’t go too deep to fast and you’ll get better results.

      This is a gua sha tool. There are many. This makes it easy, but yes you can use your fingers.

    Hi Christine. Ive been using the Anma for some time. However, my skin and it's elasticity is gone. I'm using the slightest touch but it doesn't skim/slide over the skin without some type of light moisturizer or type of dry oil. Is this as effective?

    Hi Christine - thank you! I have just started to follow you and appreciate the depth of your knowledge of why this stuff works! A question - I have just (3 weeks ago) had some major surgery done on my face - neck and eyes and I am recovering well but can imagine that this tool would help with my recovery. Do you recommend the Anma at this time for me? Also - ongoing use of this tool to keep my procedures intact? (if that makes sense - btw I am 65 years old) Thanks!

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  2 года назад +1

      Hi! Yes I’d use it lightly right now. Avoiding any suture lines. Go in the lymph drainage pattern. Follow the instructions that come with it and you’ll be fine.
