I LOVE that you consistently offer free tips that you can do with your own hands! Could you do a video about that line under the mouth and "loosening" it if possible? and does stretching the platysma muscle help with the lower face? love you Christine!

Excellent question! It is so confusing for us that have no skin training. I once heard someone in the industry saying to use “a nickel worth of pressure’. Maybe I misheard, but how does one measure pressure with coin?
I did want to personally thank you for all your video feeds. We were in the US for 7 months while my husband was going through prostate cancer treatment. From your site, I ended up buying an AMMA, a Time Master Pro, a Curve, and the eye device by the same manufacturer of the Curve. I was able to get everything back to our sailboat by car/30 hours on Mexican busses/taxis/and water taxi without anything breaking! I look at my face, and in that 7 months, my face and body improved so much. Some of the sun damage has been reversed, my spider veins in my legs are SO MUCH BETTER using the Curve…in addition to losing the sagging skin on the inside of my arms and the inside of my thighs (side note: I had developed sagging skin at a late age (67) when I lost 40 pounds between 2019 and 2021). Next year, I will start buying more of the skin products (serums, etc.). Thank you so much!

Hi Lisa, I’m new here and I plan to watch more of Christine’s videos but your post was so interesting to me! I’m going to check out Curves for spider veins. I’m also older and lost weight & now have some saggy skin on my upper arms. May I ask what you used for that? Was it the Curve also or a different product? I hate that I’m now limited in what I can wear because my arms always have to be covered. Thank you for sharing your results!

Hi Christine... you always look so beautiful!!!
Do you have to use the Amma?
The Gua Sha tools I've seen are the stones with indentation's...
Big question I feel so many crunchy bumps right at the bottom of my face from ear to ear and underneath my cheeks....
When I first started listening to you I first learned about the Fascha . I'm 63 and really want to get rid of it!!!
As you said maybe that's why I never get any lifts from my devices!!!
Can you please guide me a little because I have a feeling it's going to feel crunchy and bumpy for awhile!!!
    Thank you 🙏

Thank you for this! I have been considering buying the anma. Also- do you have an anti aging tool that won’t exacerbate melasma? Thank you!

I am so happy to see this video - you made me discover the concept of fascia and I tried to massage myself following one of your previous videos a while back and the results was VISIBLE, like immediately. I was blown away haha XD.
And for context, my mom is an esthetician (that's the name for the profession in France) so I know some on the topic but I suppose it is a newer development in the field - or may be a concept she never thought of explaining around.
    Anyways, thanks!!

Are you just going one way? Or are you moving the tool back and forth? Thanks so much.

I’ve had TERRIBLE spider veins on my legs for the last 25 years. Will using the Anma every day lessen the severity, do you think?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician

Since the skin on the legs is thicker, spider veins are tough. Usually saline injections are best. But to clear out the stagnation and make temporarily look better yes the Anma helps.

Is the anma actually a natural stone or plastic ? Thanks for this video 🙂
Wonder if dry brushing face helps fascia?

The gua sha works in the skin or just in the muscle?

How do I become an esthetician?

Check your state board of cosmetology but you usually have to go to esthetics school. Then when you get out you start to really pick classes in your specialty. Learning never stops. It’s fun that way. Things move fast but the basics stay the same.
