      @TimeWithTheBible 💯% Agree!! I looked back at the reports during the time Reich was fired from Indianapolis and 99% of the NFL analysts, former & current players (at that time) agree with you as well. There was no good reason for Irsay to move on from Reich. Almost every QB that had played under Reich for the Colts improved & ended up having one of their best statistical years. More than one analyst noted the difficulty Reich had using the players that Ballard brought in AND the frustration that both Ballard and Reich had to deal with by working with an owner like Irsay - one who flies by the seat of his pants and is outright impulsive. Reich had no control over Luck deciding to retire, nor did he have his choice of QBs except maybe Wentz - who was completely undisciplined & fell off of the rails ruining his entire career. I love what I’ve seen thus far and Bryce Young’s development will be one of the best, if not the best, situations for a rookie QB to be drafted into…period. Many blessings & Keep Pounding!!!!

    Not to be a negative Nancy, but more of a realist. This guy doesn't have that realness to him that our locker room needs, the players rallied around Wilks because of who he is. A leader of men, but Reich, will not give us the results we want, our locker room will not be as united, we will have at best have. . 500 Win seasons or a couple of wins above 500, and wild card playoff games, but nothing more. As one of the indy fans that didn't want this guy to go. I gotta say you guys got someone that doesn't coach afraid he'll take the risk plays yes sometimes it doesn't pan out but sometimes to turn an L to W you gotta take risks. Ballard literally threw 5 different QBs at the man and did pretty well with them. Under Reich: Andrew of course had his best season , jacoby was fighting for mvp first half of his starting season, Philip almost beat the bills in the playoffs which was a top 4 team, Carson was NOT that bad other than his last two games I thought he should've had one more shot, Matt ryan was an obvious mistake by Ballard dude had a horrible season prior and had one of the best WRS in Atlanta to from a bunch of young inexperienced WRs in Indy

      @jessegrieb6557 Год назад

      @Danny Treyjhoo yeah trust me bro there's alot of unnecessary hate on Frank because people see him as a failed HC that got another shot for no reason but the truth is he got that shot because he's really good! Keep in mind he nurtured an offensive line that shortened Andrew's career to a top 5 Oline of course not this year but every year since hes been in indy. Yes Ballard made some picks to make that happen like getting Big Q and Braden Smith in the draft but you still gotta coach them up I mean Frank's gets fired and now our Oline is garbage I don't think that's a coincidence same line minus Anthony Castonzo retiring. This isn't me hating on Ballard because he has some great picks but since we got Jonothan Taylor he hasn't done anything else to strengthen the roster. Made 0 moves in FA last season kept saying "its gotta be the right player." But then gets no one when the team clearly was not a contending team we didn't even know who our QB was until we traded Carson and a couple more picks for a washed matt ryan. And I hope so as much as I love Jeff Saturday the player I don't think the colts need an energizer we need a guy who knows what he's doing. Jim Irsay talking throwing shots at Frank being worried about analytic made him sound like a moron. At the end of the day product on the field matter but numbers and production help us understand whose progressing. And now we have a guy who apparently doesn't care about analytics and literally won 1 game since he's been hired 🙄👏 Jeff Saturdays hiring is literally just fan service that's the only way I could see it. But hey if we keep Jeff draft cj stroud and win 12 games imma look dumb but I think my odds are pretty good

      Reich is the much better option. Wilks wouldn't have sustained that success he went 3-13 in Arizona and drafted josh Rosen. Dude wouldn't have fixed our offense. Glad he's gone.

    Jim Irsay never forgave Frank for wanting to bring in Carson Wentz...and of course we found out Matt Ryan is washed and the Colts O line forgot how to play football. Nevermind Frank and an old Philip Rivers went 11-5 in 2020, made the playoffs, and should have beaten Buffalo in the playoffs.

    As good as "Accuracy Equals Quality"
    He side stepped the natural grass field question and said "we listen to the players but they don't run the ship".
    Just go back to grass Tepper. The fake stuff is cheaper long run but nothing beats a grinding game on real turf. Dig back into those deep pockets and fix it. This field had the best engineered drainage system known. Seriously

    As a Colts fan I feel bad for you guys. He’s a great man, amazing human being but he’s not an offensive genius. He relies too much on analytics, makes some of the worst offense play calls I’ve seen and his message gets old. He has no fire when his team is down, only when they’re up like Cam Newton and that’s not a good leader you want.

  • @tjbordercrosser1362

    Nothing against Frank, but the best are not going to sign on to work under him. The best coordinators are on his level or above. tepper has put us so far behind I don't know when we have a chance to be the kind of team Coach Wilks was creating. tepper must be forced out before the leagues talent will join our efforts. He's a known liar and manipulator. We are developing a Jerry Jones situation here.
