My dad been a Steeler fan for his whole life. I have been a Panthers fan since their beginning. My dad says people in Pittsburgh called Carolina and their physical ground and pound philosophy “the Steelers Of The South”. Our culture is meant to play tough physical defense and rum game. That is the type of football that embodies “Keep Pounding”. We need to get back to that.

Wasn't to big on Canales until I saw this press conference. He seems very passionate and enthusiastic but also serious. That's what we need in a HC but it's going to take time and patients for this thing to get turned around.
During the process, I watched a lot of his Tampa press conferences and interviews and I just felt convicted that he was the right coach.

Fingers crossed. Tepper honestly seems humbled by all this a bit. Being a good owner in the NFL is a learning curve, doesn't usually happen overnight. Can't do much but hope we turn it around with Morgan and Canales. Keep Pounding!

Temper's problem is he thinks everything can be solved with money. He needs to realize he has no football acumen. He knows nothing about football.
@@Neake22 His real problem seems, thus far, to be his lack of adaptability with respect to knowing when to meddle and when to take a back seat. Personally, I don’t think this is an immutable personality trait/characteristic. If he can learn when to not let his natural impulses or desire to take control influence team business, he and the team will be fine with time.
@@phongstar751 Agreed! He doesn't have the athletic vision to recognize "team chemistry". Maybe in business, but when the business of winning hinges on athletic cohesion he fails in meddling with it.

Dan Morgan instantly won me over the moment he said, "That logo has to be feared again because, right now, it's not." That's exactly how I felt about my team the whole season last season. Nobody takes us seriously anymore, and I'm seriously getting sick and tired of it. And to think that 10 years ago we were the exact opposite of that. Hopefully, he and Dave can help get us back to that level of respect again, if not higher.

I grew up going to Dave's family church in Carson. His Dad is so amazing. I played baseball with his younger brother Coba. That family is truly blessed and you can SEE Gods favor over them. Great Job Issac and Rita Canales for this amazing person.

It is vital we get our heartbeat back!

It's been almost a decade since we were relevant...tepper make this right 🖤💙, thank God ten years after Canales won his first Superbowl with Seattle we are fortunate enough to get him a season after turning baker into a division winning QB AND Canales is a fellow May 7th Taurus King ♉♉🇲🇽 🇺🇲 👑🙏🏾. And to teppers credit as much as we all don't like him, he understands that this team is going to win because of it's legacy of veteran players and youthful potential welcome back Big Morgan and cheers to Coach DC and this 2024 team.

What excites me most about Dave Canales' coaching philosophy, aside from wanting to start by building real relationships with the players first and foremost, is his Norv Turner- esque concept of figuring out what our players do best and using that as the guideline for building our offense. He's not going to force the players into his preconceived notion of how and offense should run. . . "We are gonna become what Bryce is great at."

It sounds like a positive new beginning for the organization, what struck me was a stark difference between the introductory press conferences of this year and last year. Reich seemed almost subdued and never really mentioned any sort of plan to build going forward. Morgan and Canales on the other hand laid out what their intentions are, what their expectations were, and the kind of football players they want and expect them to be. It's a positive beginning, but time will tell as Teppers reputation precedes itself. Best of luck to Morgan and Canales.
