As someone who's played table tennis for a long time I can say the physics in this game are insanely precise and realistic! You can even tweak your rubber to make it feel more like what you're used to IRL
Good to see from this view. I'm hitting some shots wrong, need to improve my technique. I find the short and long push tricky. I go too high over the net, or its in the net. Can do it with the ball machine, but every player is different, and I take too long to adjust.
@@KA-eu9syit's probably because your reading the spin wrong. Higher backspin requires flat angle whilst low back spin requires less of a flat angle. If it pops up loads maybe you are tryna push topsin and in that case you should block.
Got an issuereally kills the fun or even the interest for that game: any very which fast move of the controller holding the racket (right hand) it's like I go through the ball. Impossible to smash or even hit hard on the right side. As hitting on left side (backhand) seems working fine I guess it's a tracking issue (camera?) when the racket hand goes far back on the right side to "arm" the strong shot. Anyone has a solution for that? Quest2 256Gb
Hi, if you started the same discussion on discord (discord.com/channels/340715434099605515/829415331491479572/1062687019123363910 ), then it's better to follow through there instead of on RUclips :)
It depends on a lot of factors. If you want to transfer the skills from VR to RL well, I can recommend at least: 1. Getting a SolidSlime adapter. 2. Watch video to make sure you are gripping the racket correctly. 3. Watch video to learn real life techniques, starting from drive and push, then move on to loop and others. 4. Use a decent racket IRL. Make sure its characteristics loosely match the rubber you use in the game.

Do you have any videos on how to setup those training bots?
