This one I remember not giving any thought to back in the day when it came out. Then me and some friends went to Distant Worlds (Also many years ago haha), this song and Eyes on me were both played and they both hit like... I dunno, like a nice surprise and a new appreciation came to me to this one.

This is nice. Eyes on Me is lovely (like you, I didn't take much notice of it when it was new, but years later it sunk in). The English-version Suteki da Ne that Susan Calloway does is kind of a travesty though.

Thankfully in many of the JRPGs there are instrumentals of the tracks in the OST. (Julia in FF 8 for instance)
