Yup I tried behemoth titan with facet of ruin ( inc shatter dmg) on the herald and dmg varied from 2.3-5.0mil and that’s because teammates were shattering MY behemoth crystals. If teammates don’t have facet of ruin that’s DMG LOSS
I'd recommend just running the Whirlwind blade, getting max 10 stacks instantly with one heavy, then swapping to a perfect 5th Ergo caster and just swap between the two doing only heavy attacks.
This was the first weapon i farmed i even got it before the season started on june 11 as i was looking at it from the first day of leaks. other than everything mentioned in this video Ill omen is also great for stronghold users and it allows for stun of 2 champions freezing up the other to weapon slots for your choice of what to use.

Heavy count just as one hit (it sucks that consumes that much ammo) but if you have wolfpack´s rounds it will proc the rest of hits neccesary to freeze and shatter
Hmmmm does the rocket kills work like Arc Conductor and grant ammo on multi kills? I read they nerfed rockets triggering Relentless Strikes, so I suppose they would also count as actual weapon kills? Also makes me wonder about the craftable Solar sword with Incandescent and Chain Reaction. There are soooo many weird interactions with both the Wolfpack missiles and the Arc Conductor lightning on Ergo Sum. I love it tbh. Some more notable things regarding ErgoS: Arc Conductor lightning benefits from arc dmg boosting mods and exotics, but someone claimed it actually deals kinetic damage, which lets it produce Special Ammo through Finder helmet mods. Does missiles also work like this?
yeah I still have an old Zephyr with Relentless Strikes and Cold Steel and that thing is absolutely working wonders. Imo the stronger heavy attack on Adaptive swords purely makes it the superior option to me
Range and attrition orbs is soooo good for survivability though. Get health, get a defensive buff like Woven or Void Shield, maintain elemental surges etc. It makes the transition from Lament so much easier
I wonder if Wolfpack rounds would inherit also sever/unraveling rounds (from dragoncult sickle strand sword from season of the wish), voltshot (when we ever get a sword with it, or perhaps another person using the ergo sum with the riskrunner perk), incandescent or volatile rounds
The thing is, this likely isn’t helping as much you think. We already had this whole situation with rockets and although damage numbers appeared higher damage dealt to the health bar wasn’t as much. I’m extremely skeptical of this perk
I think it's worth noting that some swords get excluded when running Ergo Sum & another sword. For instance, on my Titan, Thronecleaver does not gain Wolfpack Rounds when I switch to it after activating them with Ergo Sum. Other player's exotic swords will also not receive Wolfpack Rounds.
thats kinda crazy dmg, Coldsteel +eager on slammer overtook my other half upon its release and I mostly use it for champs in GMs. Never considered using cold steel for dmg.

Dont think anyone has done health bar testing yet for ergo wolfpacks. This info is from healthbar testing Aegis did 10 months ago. important to note that only one person will benefit from shatter damage so using more than 1 or 2 swords with cold steel is not ideal

Cold Steel and Radiant (prismatic) = sword becomes a universal key
Don't forget, it also affects overloads as well.
Hopefully they will not nerf this like Chill Clip on rockets using wolfpac rounds

should be noted ill omen is bugged and will only apply cold steel on heavy if you have wolfpack rounds

Nice! My slammer is attrition orbs/cold steel. Does the heavy also hit for 10 to make an orb?
I think the spin attack from the slammer counts as multiple hits, so it will freeze with one heavy.

I don't see how Voltshot would work on a sword, but it is cool we have Volting Feedback now that does have that possibility
