Hi mates, i have 4runner 2006 1gr-fe 4.0 v6 can i swap the engine 2uz-fe or 3uz. i mean do i need to change the frame or modify it?

I have a bone '88 cressida in which the stock 5mge seized. 2j's motor mounts are identical on a cressida, so ive heard (just with the opposite oil sump position)? Do all 3uzees come VVTi'd?
