I'm not even Catholic but father Lambert has a special place in my heart because God used him last year when I randomly came across him being interviewed by somebody and thats when I learned that what I was dealing with was d-emonic oppression all along and when I prayed that saved my life from some super dark thoughts and I was born again in Christ. Seek Christ in the Sacraments he instituted. No human offering can be offered to God, only the offering that by Jesus of himself, and in which we enter into in the Holy mass/orthodox divine liturgy.

“God is looking for you,” that is the beautiful element of Christianity that God is our Father and just wants us to come home. Fr. Lambert is so gentle but truthful with this caller. I can imagine St. Francis de Sales speaking like this to someone. For someone who struggles with gentleness with myself and others, I’m very humbled by people like Fr. Lambert. But Imma keep praying to St. Francis de Sales and fake it ‘til I make it!
It's a sin to pray to a dead guy, pray to our LIVING God, Jesus Christ. He died an excruciating death for you and I so the veil would be torn and we access God the father THROUGH Jesus. Your prayers to the dead guy are falling on literally dead ears, please stop minimizing Christ's sacrifice by praying to a creation, who's dead. May you turn to Christ alone in prayer. @@JayKay-bb5qp saints aren’t pretending to be ticket holders to God. There’s actually a process for canonization which requires 3 miracles and a thorough investigation. For the Catholic Church to declare someone a saint, God decides when to work a miracle through a saint. The saints have no power on their own. But the bodies, relics, and prayers of the saints have always been powerful in scripture. A person was healed when Peter’s shadow passed them (Acts 5), a man was resurrected when the tried to bury him and he came in contact with the bones of Elisha in 2nd Kings. Jesus worked his first miracle at Mary’s request at the wedding of Cana. And a woman was needed for us to have a relationship with the person of Jesus Christ. Mary is the gate of heaven, through which God entered the world. Her body and blood gave visibility and form to the Divine person of Jesus. She is the Ark of the New Covenant and the New Eve. Jesus was part of the Davidic kingdom where the mother of the King held quite a bit of influence. You can see how significantly Bathsheba’s role and status changed between being Queen as one of David’s wives to how it changed as Queen as Solomon’s mother. She brought Solomon requests. Even in the book of Ester, you can see that the queen was both Jewish and Queen of Persia and she brought the pleas of the people of Israel to the king and asked them to pray and fast before she presented them. The idea of a Queen who intercedes, the power of the Saints, and even the power of relics is biblical and is easy to support from a scriptural perspective. We have a mysterious God who prefers using an economy of grace to bring us to him because that helps us grow in our own virtue as we bring ourselves and other closer to him. To understand God, we have to become humble like him. Sometimes he likes to work through what you believe to be irrelevant tools because there’s a message and path that he may have brought that saint down and he wants us to glean something that we can apply from that persons life. God doesn’t think as we do, it’s much more complex and beautiful than we can image.
@@JayKay-bb5qp yes, Sir, Mary as the gate of heaven is in Luke via the Annunciation through Nativity. If you believe Jesus is the Son of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit, He became incarnate in the Virgin Mary and that he was born in Bethlehem, Mary as gate of Heaven is one of the easiest concepts to prove scripturally, as long as one believes Jesus is the Son of God. As to your comment about me not teaching anyone about the Lord, I’m simply defending my mother and my Lord, because if Mary was a good enough mother for Jesus, she’s good enough for me too. If Jesus Christ embodies the wisdom of the Father and used the creation and gift of a mother to enter into the world, it’s appropriate for me to have the Blessed Mother as my own mother. Jesus even gave her from the cross to “the disciple that he loved.” If Jesus hasn’t given you the gift of his mother, then perhaps he can’t see you at the foot of the cross. At the foot of the cross, you have to stand by Mary. She’s there consoling Jesus. If you’re close enough, he’s going to give her to you and ask you to take her into your home. There is nothing scripturally unsound about beholding your mother. Mary loves you very much. She wants nothing more than to bring you closer to her Son. Jesus told us that we have to be like little children to enter the Kingdom of God. Children need a mother.

I had a tough afternoon contemplating my spiritual setbacks from sinful behavior (lust) with feelings of being a failure in God’s eyes and being unworthy despite repenting. But being reminded of the prodigal son from Father L. really filled my heart with love from the Holy Spirit. Thank you God for not giving up on me! Thank you also for this clip.
Lust comes from a very annoying, weak, coward, bully demons they comes when you least expect it and only praising and using Jesus Christ might name do they go away! They well torment you in your dreams when you are sleeping touch you so you could feel pleasure make you think its from you but it not its from them to get you to sin becuse that's were they draw there strength from to keep you bound to lust! I was bound to masterbation for 14 years and nasty imaginations then Jesus set me free and started healing my heart and brain. When the thoughts or feeling of desires come rebuke them in Jesus Christ mighty name trust in him and the demons will flee like the cowards they truly are also close any doors that you opend to them. There is hope in are Lord Jesus ❤

I love Father Lampert. He always speaks from a position of love and kindness but also truth in faith. I was blessed to see this, and I am grateful for the brave man struggling with his faith and asking honest questions to get closer to God. I wish him well on his journey. I feel sorrow and pray those in the comments who seem to be afflicted by the evil one that their hearts soften, and they find their way back to their original father, God.
There are many in the Bible who experienced direct attacks from the devil himself, or Satan:
First, of course, was Eve, who was tempted by Satan to eat the forbidden fruit of the Garden. Remember, his was ultimately an enticement to pride - to be like God. Eve, and Adam, giving into that temptation plunged the world into a cursed state, and humanity into sin, without exception. It was a dreadful defeat.
You may remember Moses was posthumously attacked by Satan. How so? Well, Satan and the archangel Michael fought over the body of Moses. You see, most agree if Satan could entice the people to build some shrine to this great leader, he would perhaps succeed in drawing the people’s attention away from the God of Moses.
But perhaps immediately, Job comes to mind, who faced relentless attacks from Satan. Job lost his wealth, his family, his health, his reputation. The good news is, Job largely and faithfully resisted those evil attacks.
In the New Testament, we find after fasting for 40 days, Jesus Himself was tempted three times by Satan. If he could entice Jesus to sin, then all hope for humanity’s redemption would be forever lost. It’s interesting to note - Jesus never gave in to those temptations, but rebuffed them with the Word of God. Probably something there for us to learn.
You’ll remember the Apostle Paul was attacked by Satan through some thorn in the flesh. Three times he asked the Lord for the thorn to be removed, and the Lord responded, My grace is sufficient for you. You don’t need a lack of thorns, what you need is a recognition of abundant, magnificent, soul-strengthening grace.
And of course, our author Peter was also attacked by Satan. Remember the time up in Caesarea Philippi when Jesus asked the disciples who they thought He, Jesus, was. Peter rightly and gloriously responded, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. Home run Peter - you got it right. But then, immediately, the frontal attack came. Jesus began telling His disciples they were headed to Jerusalem, where He would be handed over to the Jewish authorities, then Roman authorities, ultimately to be put to death - crucified.
Fr Lampert is always wise, generous and empathetic, a great servant of God.

Had a similar experience to the caller. Started to have demonic dreams, experiences and sleep paralysis. The nightmares were even the same when I looked in the mirror and say a demonic face. I noticed it started when I was in a toxic relationship with someone who carried a lot of darkness. I dabbled into the new age and the occult. Watched RUclips. Videos of paranormal things, tarot cards, meditation, sleep past life transgressions. 😢Said I was “spiritual and believe in God/Jesus”. Up until I got baptized recently, I would just try and close the doors of the enemy, renounced them, pray the Armor of God and continue my walk with Jesus has helped so much.

I am not a Catholic woman, but my faith in Jesus Christ began 54 years ago. I have listened to Fr. Lampert on several occasions and found him to be a sincere, wise and compassionate man. The words he spoke in this video confirm this and what he said to the live caller was what this man needed to hear. Go back to Jesus, repent of your sins and put your sole trust in Him alone. My baby Baptism was in the Catholic church but I became Pentacostal @ age 9 but I really love what Im hearing in this message AMEN!

I never had a spiritual experience until about a month ago when I was outside and as I walked to the porch to the door to go in (I was very quiet literally didn't make a sound) and halfway to the door a Demonic voice yelled at me from my Mother's window (to my left) where she was sleeping on the other side. Essentially saying "GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!" with such hatred it scared me so bad I ran outside and made a decision to stay out there for 1:30-2:00 hours until 5am to be safe it was 3:30am when the incident occurred. After I ran outside and was sitting there in the cold wind (it was very windy and made me very cold) I was reflecting immediately on what I heard if I really heard what I heard when I got outside and sat in a chair. It didn't tell me to "Go away" and by that I mean it said that but in a different language I couldn't even break down in my head in my language I remember feeling the force of it's voice and the violence and I had to get away. But bottom line it hated the hell out of me and wanted me gone. I eventually went inside a hour later at 4:30am. It rattled me pretty bad and it's a experience where you try to tell yourself it didn't happen because people would think your crazy if you told them and there was nothing I can do at that point it was my experience. Then after 3 days I woke up in the morning and half asleep but mostly awake I heard Two Demons speaking from my Mom but to eachother and it sounded so Evil it scared and rattled me best way I can describe it was as if my mind turned into a radio and I accidently tuned into the conversation between the two demons for a moment of 5 seconds then I could hear no more. I can't stress how Evil they sounded to the point it was terrify anyone immediately if they heard it and I had to tell a friend (atheist) and he took me serious but wouldn't validate my experience obviously because he doesn't believe. I talked to my sister about it and she took me serious and even told me she saw how rattled I was. After the second time I had to take a moment to calm down. My Mom is into New Age and I know she's conversing with Demons because the Bible tells us this. She doesn't know better. Anyways I'm okay that's my experience, I'm a believer in Jesus but still encountering a Demon is terrifying and will send you into a panic which is what happened to me. I managed to calm down and ask Jesus to protect me. Like I said I've never had this happen in my life I'm 28 I've spent 1000's of nights outside on the porch and the yard and never had this happen. But yea I wanted to share it really scared me and when you have no one to validate or help you it hurts more. I've learned more about God in the last year than ever before I've should of expected the spiritual attack but I stay far away from the occult I don't want to mess around with the impure spirits on the earth or any evil for that matter. Anyways to the man in the video you're not crazy I heard them.

If you are a true believer you have authority over demons. Read Luke Ch.10. Command them to leave in Jesus name. If your mom is in agreement with demons you won’t be able to get rid of them in her or around her if they are granted access to her or her space. They won’t be able to mess with you tho. Until your mother repents and submits to Jesus there she will be affected by demonic influence. You can take authority over anything attacking you and you can pray over your space that you occupy, but she will be afflicted until she renounces everything she is into.
@@Veritas463 I was baptized in 2014, I didn't read the gospels and receive the Holy Spirit until last year. Never knew of the Holy Spirit but the Holy Spirit itself brought me back to my faith completely.

I wish to contact fr. Lambert to pray for deliverance of my daughtet who possessed with demons of epilepsy, pride and lies.
Sin doesn't always open the door to demons. I was visited frequently when I was three years old. As a small child, I didn't have habitual sin. The blood of Jesus is the most powerful weapon against demons.

Pray the rosary brother, the scriptural version is very powerful because it's meant to be a meditation on Jesus, through the eyes and heart of His mother Mary who loved Him in a way none of us possibly can. Everything Christ did had a purpose; when he gave Mary to John at the foot of the cross, that represents all his sons (and daughters) who stand under the cross: "Behold, your mother." We don't worship her... really, we know nothing about her, except how she loved Jesus. She was Yeshua's mother... the Father's daughter... the Holy Spirit's spouse. She will bring you to Christ and into the divine love of the Trinity (our destiny...) and bring you His graces. Please I beg you pray the rosary 🙏 I will pray one for you my friend. I did not battle with the darkness in such a direct way as you, but I'll say my life is nothing like it was 2 years ago. All God's grace. Humility and purity open the floodgates. I know who I AM in Christ, who i was always meant to be, but the devil diverted my path.... the Lord is with you, and I pray he heals you. He must desire you to grow very close to Him.... Because if we unite our sufferings to Christ's, then that's power and glory to God--His holy and righteous blood, covering all of us... He justified us because He was perfect... He loves you. Psalm 91 is used in the rite of exorcism, read it often. But rosary, rosary, rosary... we are called to be like little children, we are brothers and sisters... we have a mother, Jesus's very own... also call upon His name. Look up the Unity Prayer, Jesus said it blinds Satan... I said it in front of a man once who had a shadow over his Spirit and I perceived the shadow leave when I said it. It's uniting our entire being to Him... all Christianity is about is union with Christ... a fusion of hearts..

The prodigal son was sorry for his mistakes, he realized that he screwed up & he was going back willing to do work, to be a servant & he was willing to change & be washed clean. Let us be careful not to portray a message that there is no repentance desired for our mistakes. A lot of people "show up" at church, but they aren't repentant, they go right back to their sins without the slightest care, often having been taught that their "belief" in Jesus saves them, as well as their church attendance. If one "believed" in the teacher, they would follow what that teacher taught & do his will in their life.
I’m a huge fan of Fr. Lambert, I’ve read his book.
We have to be aware of the evil ,, but don't get consumed by its existence.
You will find a spiritual home. Embrace our blessed mother. Build a relationship with her.

Since some month I listen to these Patres, sometimes I'm not their opinion but here and often or mostly when I hear them, I agree with them. I don't no how or if really but I think the Trinity leads me to these videos and so to this one, I need it and I need Patr. Lamberts answers, they are really christian, true faith, "mitmenschlich"( in german language) and they helped me actually really, too. • I will have hope, even "when I'm in a boat in open waters of a wide ocean, without sails, without paddles or so on", his words about our Christ are and will be my inner core strength to hope ☘️🌦🕊

Just the cliff notes version while you wait: No. No they cannot. The person has to be a willing and active participant in ritual exorcism-and even then, only after the presence of demons has been confirmed and mental/physical illness ruled out. Of course, prayers for people we perceive to be affected by the demonic are always possible and encouraged! God can act when and where He pleases. ❤

@@culturecoroner thank you. I believe in the power of prayer. If people want to help, please say a prayer for a man I know…. I think he could be a good man, and possibly was… but he got involved in Hollywood, all things New Age, Buddhism, etc…
Last I saw him, I couldn’t even be normal around him, so strong were the demons surrounding him that they seems to jump onto me; if that makes sense at all…..
Anyway, May God help him…. And to use the power of prayer heard from a priest:
“By the blood of Christ, I command all the demons who are bothering and/or afflicting this man to leave at once and get to the foot of the cross of Christ, to receive your sentence. In the Name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen!”

The possessed or afflicted person needs to cooperate with God's grace and forgiveness in order to be healed of whatever malevolent spirit he might have attached to him. During my younger years when I lived for weekends I didn't care much about the things of God either! ... Sometimes you need to Hit rock bottom before you finally find the humility to turn to CHRIST. But you can still pray for your friend. 🙏

OMG it would be so cool if you could pay to actually sit in on an exorcism!! That would be scarier than any exorcism movie! Imagine also being allowed to scream at the demon once or twice? I did a couple haunted tours before, but a ticket to an exorcism would be more fun IMO.

I have seen darkness figures during both day and night at the different times. But I haven't seen any possessed victim yet.
What's frustrating is not being delivered from something while serving Jesus everyone talks about how God will give you peace when you come to him well I've been seeving God I've confessed my sins i surrender my life to him but i am yet to be delivered and makes me not want to believe anymore.

The closer you become to God, the more you will be attacked. That’s how it works. Jesus said; True Believers WILL be persecuted, and there’s no getting around it. Put on the armour of God and fight off the Demons.
It's a continuous journey, there is no point where you have arrived. I know where your coming from, I was there, until I realised I was trying to run ahead of God.
My pastor warned me about expecting deliverance from Jesus. We have power to do nothing, Jesus has all the power and his will is what is important. He knows what will be good for us and what the right path is and we should trust him because his character is always good. So when praying my pastor suggested to say: I know you can heal me from my pain lord, I pray that you intercede if it is in your will lord because you said if I ask it will be given. And if this isn't what you want for me, please show me what the answer is. I hope this helps, I'll pray for you.

I fully understand now why we as individuals that are filled with the Holy Spirit and devoutly love our Lord, have absolutely zero to fear regarding the devil, because God protects us fully and completely. It’s incredible!
However, if our loved ones (such as our spouse) are lukewarm or living in sin (such as an affair), through that loved one, the devil can wreck havoc on our lives and cause total destruction in the family.
But even amongst the chaos and rubble, the individual filled with the Holy Spirit, is still fully and completely protected by God. This is something that needs to be discussed more.

I think plenty of us have had the experience of hearing someone call our name just as we are about to slip into sleep. This is not demonic; it's just your brain's way of alerting you that hey, you are about to fall asleep, is everything in order, are you in a safe space to do that, etc...As for having a dream where you look in a mirror and an ugly creature stares back at you, that could be your brain's way of processing guilt over something and it is not necessarily a demonic manifestation--it's just a dream, and dreams and nightmares are part of every human's experience.

Calling such things "demons" and believing they are "real" just make people unnecessarily scared and might even lead people into psychosis.
he's gone to a psychologist tho and yet the psychologist still didnt think something is wrong with him. I've had sleep paralysis too and sees a demon every single time during that time. I have tried the scientific and psychological way of dealing with it just to stop it from happening yet nothing helped but certain prayers only and calling out for Jesus. The demonic can definitely manifest themselves through dreams/nightmares and is considered demonic oppression. Even psychologists in the faith agree to this.
@@elle9082 The prayers help because you believe in them (and by all means, if they snap you out of your sleep paralasys nightmare, that's great and much better than nothing).
However, IMO, you also see te demon because you believe in it. So the beliefs creates both the "illness" and the temporary cure, at least so it seems to me.
If you start seeing it as a projection of mind instead of as literal reality, it will probably stop happening because you won't be scared anymore.
