One night, both my younger sisters woke up to this massive bright orb flying around in their bedroom then vanishing. Around that same week, I woke up to something, think of this brownish burned face figure with no features staring right at me next to my bed. I don't know why but in that split moment I decided to basically "out intimidate it" by staring straight back at its face. In our little "competition", I flinched first because the energy got too intense for me & it seemed like it's face was zooming into mine. It vanished as I flinched. It could've been an hallucination, but I saw what I saw and I'll never forget that. Now I'm smarter and as I've read more into the bible. I know to just demand it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. I haven't had anything happen since.
Amen 🙏🏻
Wow that's intense... if you dont mind me asking, how big was the orb? How fast was it flying around? Was it similar to ball lightning? 😮
@regularlug9536 I never witnessed it, but apparently, it was a size of a regular orb, and it was flying around fast enough that it looked like it had a tail. My one sister woke up witnessed it, then she woke my other sister up, and they both witnessed the same thing.

Ra was one of the most important gods worshipped in ancient Egypt. He was the sun god and the creator of all other gods and humans. He was worshipped starting in around 2600 BCE and was a major part of ancient Egyptian religious life. In art, Ra was usually depicted as a man with a hawk's head.
I believe you Father Lampert! I see levitation in a black magic spell my sister and six of her friends" performed in a circle, I walked in my backroom at my first home and they were floating on their back 2-3 feet of the groundk. It has explained a lot with my sister and friends' now I come closer to God, it is truly the work of demons. Praise to the most high Jehovah.
Were they part of a cult or just playing around with the occult?

I know Cameron doesnt believe him. Cameron has no problem in believing the Christian story but for some reason is skeptical about demon's existence.
Its good that they are trained to be skeptic
They are not trained to be skeptical
@@truthseeker7867 yup that was most definetly ironic
@@truthseeker7867 bro he literally said they are trained to be skeptic to someones possession are you deaf
@@utherlightbringer3868 Not deaf. He might be told that. However it’s not a skeptical position to reason “well these particular psychiatrists don’t know what’s going on, so it must be supernatural”. That’s just not how skepticism works.
@@utherlightbringer3868 but if you think just because someone says something, that makes it true, then I’m not surprised you are a theist.
Does anybody think that a possession can occur with long-term drug and alcohol use? If so, how can a non Catholic deal with that?
Yes, drug and alcohol use can lead to possession. I wouldn't know how a non Catholic should deal with it - Christ is the one who drives out demons. Sticking to the sacraments helps. Call on Jesus, whatever your situation is.
There is a difference between “getting high” and “levitating”.
If you are indwelled by the Holy Spirit, then you can't be possessed. Of course, demons attempt to influence and you can be influenced, but that's not the same thing. As stated by the other commenter, it is Christ to drives out demons and you should simply seek Christ in all ways and go to church, take communion, properly discerning the body of Christ, if you are a baptized Christian. I'm a protestant that believes in true presence, because that's what scripture teaches.
Yes, drugs & alcohol open us up to the spiritual realm. There is a distinction between oppression and possession but both are damaging in their own way. If you have accepted a relationship with God the Father, (born again) the spirits can only oppress since the Holy Spirit has taken residence within you. To repent means to turn away from what we were doing before for a new path. Ask God to remove your desire for drugs and alcohol. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" . The verse is interpreted to mean that anyone who is in Christ is a new person, and that their previous moral and spiritual condition has passed away. If you haven't become a new person yet and recognize that you are separated from fellowship with God the Father because of sin, accepting that Jesus exchanged His perfect life for ours will start your relationship with God the Father. Jesus said in John 10:10 - I am come that they may have life, and may have it more abundantly. My cravings for things I thought brought me joy, peace, and happiness evaporated over time when I accepted the exchanged life with Jesus. Some people immediately experience a release from their old cravings and for some of us it took a bit of time. Looking back I see that I needed to learn some lessons from my journey with God that would have perhaps taken longer to learn if I had been released from my old desires.
I would assume it would only happen in the case of "pharmakeia" or in the case of a sin against conscience.
"pharmakeia" is where a lot of christians get the idea that drug use is a sin in and of itself, but the context behind the term seems to be more about religious use(ancients would often use psychoactive substances to commune with gods and spirits).
as for what I mean by "a sin of conscience." I'm referring to Romans 14:23.
Now some Christians will point to verses which talk negatively about alcohol (and ignore the verses which speak positively about it), now the bible is teaching against the abuse not the use of alcohol.
the bible tends to teach ethics as wisdom or as a type of virtue ethics, God wouldn't have you to study his word if it was as simple as reading a simple sentence.
as for what a non-cath is to do, I think there's plenty of non catholic exorcists
all that said while I am skeptical of a lot of demon possession claims, christian theology states that Christ is king and the devil is defeated but is kicking on his way out so I wouldn't be too afraid of them.
Romans 8:38-39 might be helpful.
I would like to know Vincent’s opinions on what shadow people are? I seen one in my bedroom years ago when I was 12 it has always bothered me as to what or who it was. Thank you

Perhaps the question is, do the demons have doubts?
Lol, did the father agree to have his picture shown that way? Not sure I am liking the imagry for the video, but like the channel. Please don't go to far in that direction
Hi there! This is actually the exact face he makes in this video when I clarify the question. Check it for yourself :)
@@CapturingChristianityI got a big smile out of Father Lampert's disapproving face. He has a great spirit and a wonderful sense of humor. I suspect he would also find it humorous.
I think everyone doubts once in a while. We're human and it's in our nature to question extraordinary things and look inward and consider the limitations of our own perceptions. It's good to doubt, but we shouldn't doubt to the point of denial of the truth. If you never doubt, I'd be worried. If you dismiss everything that you've experienced, you end up lying to yourself.
Im a catholic but i have to see it myself to believe it
So you’re not a Catholic
@@itsJPhere you are equating scripture testimony to some random person as face value. Shame one you

Jesus casted out demons and healed the sick so it's blatant He differentiated between illness and demonic possession. If Jesus said something is true then as a Catholic you should believe it's true.
0:00 @PrzybyszzMatplanety Jesus not only believed it but the church that was given authority from jesus says so and that's good enough for me. As a Catholic apparently you don't recognize the authority of the church
Hey, I sent you my testimony on your website and asked if there’s a way I would be able to share my story on your channel? Is there a process y’all go through?
I'd like to ask an exorcist if he's ever been to a magic show, and if he could tell if the magic on stage was just clever trickery or legit black magic.
Lmao

George Bush says he talks to God everyday and Christians love him for it. But if he said he talked to God through his hair dryer they would think he was mad. I fail to see how the addition of a hair dryer makes it any more absurd. Sam Harris
They are already out of it to start with.
Odd how these possessions only ever seem to happen in private
Possessions or the manifestations?
The manifestations usually occur during formal exorcisms where the evil entities are fighting to maintain possession of the human and/or to try to make people involved (family, loved ones)upset and fall into dispair.
Priests know this and these occasional intense manifestations don't distract them.
I've seen manifestations in public.

Why would God create demons? I am a believing Christian.
It's a mechanism of control from the creators of religion, not their god
@@HowBoutDemBoyzz I am not an atheist. I was born into a Christian society, that's why I am a Christian. I think that mental illnesses can produce effects which we associate with possession. We know a lot about the human brain, but very much more we don't know. The "problem of evil" disappears if God has chosen the process of evolution to produce the variety of life in front of us. I struggle for with the "problem of hiddenness of God".

As a Christian, do the exorcists have video evidence for such claims? Just asking for a friend 😊
There are a few cases, videos on YT...Dont know if they're still there.
'cause they do not have to prove to anyone anything. Most of the skeptics would not believe anyway.
Is video evidence enough proof anymore?
No it's not necessary because the possed person is treated with the utmost respect, remember they are victims and their identity is private.the church never allows videos of exorcism.
@@DivineWill-iam people can just reject the claims of exorcism, that's the problem 😢
Years ago James Randy foundation offered $1000,000 to anyone proving anything supernatural. Never lost a dime
No religious people are ever trained to be skeptics.
Scientific explanations of events, can't account for the meaning of events.
At the same time, you can scientifically speak only from the controlled environment of an experiment and not from the direct reality of the experience
Cause-Effect determinism may be true at a philosophical level, but to know the exact cause of every event is beyond our human reach. We can make hypotheses, but it doesn't mean we are "right."
@@RodrigoMera Isn’t it super convenient that anything supernatural, by definition cannot be tested, proven or disproven. It’s truly genius in the realm of people control.
Least informed comment on this comment section.
THis topic has intrigued me a bit. Even Muslim exorcists make these claims as well. I'm highly, highly skeptical because there's just no reliable video or camera evidence. It's all just hearsay.
Secondly, IF there were reliable video evidence, I believe many, including myself, would seriously reconsider our lack of religious faith.
With current technology the skeptic will tell it's fake, anyway. So good for the exorcists cause they do not have to prove anyone their existence.
The Church does not even allow any use of cameras or recording equipment to study/analyze these cases. “Super secret, no flash photography please”. They don’t care about actually helping these people. If they did, they would allow scientific research into the afflicted.
Keep investigating. I don't know about exorcisms but there is video evidence of other miracles. One example off the top of my head is the nun in Missouri who didn't decompose in 4 years in a humid climate and cheap wooden coffin. Also, it's not video evidence but the case of the possessed boy who crawled up the wall in front of multiple social workers/nurses who documented it in government reports is REALLY hard to explain. Also check out the cases of NDEs where people describe numbers and objects that they could not have seen or known about unless they had "traveled" outside their hospital room while clinically dead. If you have the attitude of "these things just can't be true, they may not be explainable naturalistically now, but they will be" ask yourself if you're not just being led around by a presupposition that would deem any evidence of the supernatural insufficient
When you see it for yourself then you will believe it. I’ve seen things I can’t explain and that is how I know the supernatural to be real
@@JohnnyWalkerBlack142 so you have explained the unexplainable? Maybe that’s the difference. I see something I can’t explain, I recognize I can’t explain it. You see something you can explain, you explain it as supernatural.
Nah. They just lie in defence of the Faith
