Imagine a documentary like this would come out in the 80s. All the vhs players would've been fucking smoking from working overtime, recording it. We would've cherished it for DECADES!
And now, it's just an E-PI-SODE of a series!!!! 🤯
    We are fucking spoiled.
    Anthrax! For All Kings! 🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻

Charlie for his untarnished soul and child-like awe,

I just got tears in my eyes, because you’ve been part of all my life. From mid school, through music school, through college, through higher degrees, marriage, good times, bad times, as a musician, as a scientist, lots of bands/tastes/styles have come and gone…and YOU have always been there. I am 53 yo. You do not know me, but you are a so fkng part of me…words can not describe. I still have my old skateboard that helped move me in College from one building to another and, I wanted to do by myself the best/coolest logo on it ever. You know what I decided to draw, cut, carve and paint to perfection so EVERYBODY can see it? Your fkng name/Logo: ANTHRAX. My best wishes and a big THANK YOU for being there for me and all of us.

Seriously though.....comparing Limp Biscuit to Anthrax? That's hilarious. They're just living and touring off their first 2 albums. Anthrax keeps pumping killer album after album. They COULD keep going off their living off their back catalog as Douche Biscuit does but.....they keep producing killer albums....NEW MUSIC!!! There is NO comparison my man. It's not basketball or hockey. @@autentyk5735 That whole era was glossed over. How they basically kicked John and Rob out for Joey and Dan, and when that fell apart "oh we've got unfinished business with the wcfya lineup and that fell apart, so they get dan. That turns to shit, so the go back to John again, well he returns they do a bunch of shows, but he doesn't want to sing Dan's parts on the new album so they go back to Joey. And that's awkward as fuck because Scott talked mad shit about Joey through the years. "We need a lion not a..." I don't remember how he finished that sentence. It was a crazy time to be in Anthrax, I remember hearing the initial release date for Worship Music and from what I remember that day came and went with no announcements or anything. I love Anthrax. None of this is me trying to talk shit on the band at all. But yeah a lot was left out. Which is fine this was fluff piece meant to celebrate the band and it was awesome.

You love, you make mistakes, and hopefully you got friends good enough to forgive you. Loved this documentary, loved the comments too. I understand there's legal issues with Dan Nelson but if they could have addressed what happened it would have made the story of Joey's comeback even more impactful.

For the past few months my most looked forward thing has not been TV shows or cinema films but THIS documentary series. Thank you, Anthrax for the 40 years of great music. You have been such a reference to me since fistful.
You blend the speed, the power and heaviness of Thrash with the melody, epicness (does this word exist) and class of traditional Heavy Metal like no other band ever did.
During that period between Fistful and Spreading I found the kind of music I wanted to do for the rest of my life. And here I am, still doing it.
Thank you for this series of videos. It has been such a blast! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
    Long live ANTHRAX! \m/

...and thank you for sharing this wonderful documentary series with us. It has been my favourite thing on RUclips these last three months. I haven't been around since the beginning, but I've been a fan for 34 years, and I'll be a fan for many years to come. To see and hear the band still at the top of their game in 2021 blows my mind.
I just want to say one more thing.
    Pumpkins United ;)

This late in the game ; hearing that album for the first time brought tears to my eyes. I was 49 and the whole first play it was just a constant “FUCK YES”. To see and hear the passion these guys still have is such an inspiration. Thank you boys !!

I’m calling myself somewhat of a late bloomer. Really got into Anthrax back in 2011 (I was 38) when “worship“ came out. I then revisited the 80s and 90s . Then “kings” came out and solidified this band as a favorite. Since Rush retired (RIP Professor), Anthrax and Volbeat have been my go to. Hope to see these guys on tour soon and looking forward to new work. Keep rocking gentlemen!

All-In Ian. No half measures, all or nothing, whatever cliche u prefer. Been raaaawkin w these lads since 1985, SLC. Seattle, London, NYC. Seen em all over the world in last 40 years, shitchaaa, I’m all torqued up watching this, a high no pharmaceutical can replicate and sustain. Trust me, I’ve tried, no molecule comes close

Scott’s introspection and honesty w his behavior is very impressive to me. It’s easier to say it’s the other guys fault and never take a hard painful look in the mirror. Ive become able to look in the mirror, and I’m still beating off to my Fabio poster.

I grew up in the 80's in a small town on the east coast of Canada where you couldn't get much of anything, let alone the Thrash Metal. I used to visit family in Toronto in the summers and purchase the Anthrax. I would spend hours walking around with STD in my walkman in 86, and Among in 87. Soundtrack to city life lol... Lots of great fun memories of good friends... and Anthrax on the horn. Cheers !!

I was introduced to Anthrax with I am the Man (I was in Grammar school) at a friends house who had an older metal head brother. On my way home, my Mom pulled into Bradlees, and I went to the tape section looking for the album, and saw State of Euphoria for $7.99 and I had $10 on me so I bought it. I whore that album (tape) out listening to it completely consumed by it! It was all metal after that....
