    You are sooo sweet. I love the way you taste yr curry taking some in your palm. It's nice for cooks n chefs to taste their cooking before it goes on the dinner table.

    This recipe might be due to Christians, we GSBs do not put ginger-garlic and cloves. We put amsuls instead of tamarind. Of course we put lot of grated and ground coconut.

    Goan fish curry is a must with coconut. How that coconut not used. This is not goan curry

      It is an old one, recently we haven't bought a big grinding stone; but a small hand grinding stone we have bought

    My grandma used to prepare masala for this yummy Goa fish curry in this grinding stone itself 🤤.. My grandfather never liked the curry from a mixer grinder 😉

      fish normally takes very less time to cook unlike tough meats like and mutton. Around 5 minutes would be fine after sampling a piece.

      Tefla is never used for Goan amot tik curry but rather only for normal fish curries.

    This is not bangda carry. 😂😂 I aprriciate ur effort but plzz dont share wrong message (ingredients ) , first of all its not goan carry bcz uh used onion, n so much of garam masalas, its just a simple paneer recipe, but instead of paneer u used bangda into it to give a goan style. Toh Rogdo ani aadun dovarla madit 😂 main ingredients ghalut na like coconut n trifalaa, also no need to add oil . plz dont share wrong msg 🙏. I repeat

      Vinegar in put in pickles n sometimes in marination. V have never added it in curries, don't know whether some ppl may be adding
