Good tutorial, man, but a big move covers a small move. A subtle lower and slight toss upwards timed right covers the motion of your ring fingers and the tossing motion activates people's retention of motion (the same thing that causes a dog to believe you threw that ball you kept in your hand) and people will "see" the pen travel upwards and not come down. The motion also covers the pen snapping back to your wrist, just for the benefit of other viewers concerned about that. Just don't ham up or exaggerate the toss, and don't be all "Hey, watch this."

If you're blowing, do it at the same time as you vanish as to try and cover the sound the pen makes when it snaps against your arm.
As an after thought, perhaps suggesting snapping fingers on both hands might make for a good flourish. This would allow you to easily reproduce the trick with either hand holding the item after the 'Turn' aka the trick

Would work better if you can flick more with the tips of the finger on the hand which holds the straw after the disappear; The movement of the middle finger without any form of flourish or movement is very noticeable with the method that you show in the tutorial. You may say that the lack of movement is what makes the trick, but this is what makes the finger movement noticeable. This is more of a technique than an actual trick. All of that aside, well done. Keep the magic flowing!

It's a pretty famous move used by many professional magicians. The presentation is what sells it. In this Video its a really poor presentation.
