I really love these moments in your videos: when the metal starts playing the the classical musicians start headbanging. It shatters the illusion of "elitism" that a lot of people have and says "hey, at their core, these guys are just like you and me".
Same. I hate when people say stuff like "Oh! Marco is an opera singer there's no way he likes Dubstep or EDM!" when he has stated many times how much he loves it when it's done right.
Obligatory: maybe mention the actual artist Master Boot Record and his alter ego, which composed this very track, Keygen Church. The dude is a genius and has a ton of amazing music.
I really hope Keygen Church/Master Boot Record sees this video. Tenebre Rosso Sangue transcends the genres that it's built on the foundations of in a way I can barely reconcile with - even after hearing it possibly a thousand times in the last year and a half. It's one of my favourite pieces of music of all time, regardless of the context it's played in, and I hope they're intimately aware of how much we all love it.
And then there's the next step of solving his fun puzzles with each new album release for a bonus track each. One of my personal all time favourites is in there, without spoiling too much.
I sure didn’t feel like it when I had to fight my way through a gauntlet of multiple bosses just to know that it wasn’t even close to the hardest part of the level
My favorite trivia Hakita actually forgot to give Gabriel a theme in Act 2. Less than 24 hours before Act 2 *released to the public*, Hakita theorized, planned, and made Death of God’s Will, and added it to the game a mere 4 hours before release of Act 2. And supposedly, he vomited afterwards from the stress and anxiety.

I'm not even sure what to call keygen/MBR's stuff but its crazy and utterly unique. Super heavy synth, metal guitar, pipe organ, and recently they've started using choirs too. Praise the code.
MASTER BOOT RECORD/KEYGEN CHURCH is a music artist that is genuinely extremely talented and i'm a really big fan of his work, so thank you for making this video. i'm glad he saw it!
I was looking for someone to mention the actual artist. Been listening to MBR for years so I'm glad to see their music get more recognition cause it kicks ass.
It’s an unholy union: Pipe organ, piano, and choir, all associated with churches and a classical atmosphere, combined with electric guitar, drums, and a double bass, the instruments that came from a “defiance” of the former. They’re a combination of opposites, of past and present, and from that it defies expectation. Bravo, Keygen Church.

Tenebre Rosso Sangue is just one of many diamonds you can find in video games. The guy who mentioned it being good for working out? My whole workout playlist is filled with video game music. It's music that literally hypes you up for a battle.
That last comment in the video makes me wonder has it occurred to anyone to MAKE an opera piece based off of a video game? Ultrakill seems almost built for it to be honest, but I'm sure there's other games out there that would probably be very well suited to converting their story beats and music into a operatic format. Everything from the story to the music in Ultrakill feels like perfect opera bait to me. Someone get in touch with the developers and Keygen Church and make it happen. I know a lot of people think of organs being creepy but I always get the feeling of grandness from them. I love when an organ is used in music because it feels as grand as the instrument. I imagine grand cathedrals and enormous gothic castles. I genuinely think the pipe organ is my favorite instrument.
I'm so glad Marco is sharing Keygen Church, since I feel smaller artists such as MBR always fly under the radar to most people which sucks, because the actual genius that goes into writing these tracks is impressive by itself not to even mention hOW GOOD THE MUSIC IS
Not sure how many other people have noticed this, but I love the dissonance the piano creates at 2:29. Depending on the note being played, if a piano and pipe organ played the same note with the same octave at the same time, there's something about pipe organs to me that makes them sound more coarse. If a piano is a piece of marble, then a pipe organ can be a piece of rough sandpaper in terms of sound sometimes.

Finding MASTER BOOT RECORD and KEYGEN CHURCH are up there with some of the best things I've found musically. The music has so many elements that appeal to me. A lot of the sound takes me back to watching MrSolidSnake745 videos using 3.5" floppy drives to remake popular songs from games and such, and the love of Castlevania and its music, and metal, etc. Just hits all the right buttons.
