The funny part is that this is not even a boss theme, it's just the hardest arenas of the game put together before the bossfight, which is also the hardest of the game. Boss theme is called "War" incase you're interested (it also hits hard).
Ultrakill tracks often have a calm version as well, for when you are out of combat. The "calm" version of Tenebre Rosso Sangue is really worth listening, too. Since I learned the piece on Piano, I am also preferring the more melodic calm one a lot more :D It is basically the same speed, same parts but without fast drums and less full
I've never heard of this game before but GEEZ this organ theme is awesome! searched for the game and looks to be a very Doom like game. Wanna give a try playing this haha.
If you like games like Doom you should definitely play it. It's very fast paced and can be really hard sometimes, but it's fun. The themes are also fire.
There’s a free (and a little outdated) demo for the game on Steam if you’re interested! The game’s story and characters are amazing but I won’t spoil that The game focuses primarily on style, and follows V1 (the player) as they descend into Hell in search of fuel, inspired by the Divine Comedy created in the 13th Century by Dante
If you want to experience the soundtrack of Ultrakill as it plays ingame, you should definitely try playing it. The game features great accessibility options so that anyone can get through the game if they want to. The only limiting factors would be the ability to stomach the first person perspective, and a little bit of platforming. Meanwhile, for hardcore players this game offers some of the greatest (and most fun) challenges you can find with the higher difficulty modes and the hidden "Prime Sanctum" levels. Alternately, you could watch someone else's playthrough if that's more your jam. As was said by a certain Max0r, "This game goes harder than diamonds", in all of; the Gameplay, the Spectacle, the Story, the Secrets, the Challenge and especially the Soundtrack.
There are only two things you have to know when listening to the song 1 you have to kill everything that is in front of you 2 you are on the most difficult level of all ultrakill
The thing to understand about Ultrakill is that it's set in an alternate Earth where mankind would develop robots that fought their wars for them. These machines are fueled by blood and eventually a peace was reached until the machines started attacking humanity to keep themselves alive. At some point humanity was rendered extinct, yet the machines found their way into Hell (yes that Hell) to continue their slaughter. You play as one of these machines with the game opening with the tagline "Mankind is dead. Blood is fuel. Hell is full."
I could recognize Qumu’s work anywhere lol Also what an amazing first impression of a game, right? Act 1 of Ultrakill has some fantastic music but it just gets better and better the further you go. Hakita is just amazing (though Keygen Church is who actually made this song)
Actually this game is almost 2 year old not that long ago but the development for this game if i not qromg took 5 year but the game out not to long ago
I promise there's maybe only two songs that isnt a banger in the entire soundtrack you should totally react to the rest of the ost. Also if you're into shooters, ULTRAKILL is a hyper-fast paced style shooter where you do a lot of really cool stuff (for example: toss coins into the air and shoot them to ricochet your shot into the nearest enemies head). Even taken away from the gameplay, a lot more of the music in the game can be much better appreciated with lore and environmental context from playing the game.
I recommend reacting to the Act 1 OST first! Some of them have voicelines before the music which really help with the build-up so i suggest listening to them as well ✨
