Welcome to Keygen Church. I discovered this stuff going through the OST for Ultrakill, and I'm so, so glad I did.
That unique sound the organ brings that just sounds like church or something to do with God is not something I ever would have thought to combine with the brutality of a metal band, and yet given the Ultrakill lore it fits perfectly.
If you want to hear more, I highly recommend Tenebre Rosso Sangue (I usually put the full combat version on loop while I work), or the Prime boss tracks; just look up Minos Prime or Sisyphus Prime and you'll find them with and without the monologues added. :3
I LOVED THIS! So good.
Minos Prime and Sisyphus Prime aren't composed by Master Boot Record / Keygen Church, so far the only tracks he made for the game are Tenebre and Ultrachurch.
All be blessed under the *Ultrachurch* for we have keygen church to thank, bringing another child into the fold.
Now the choice lie with him will he thread the path of the bloodied cross or will he take the code of this child and become blessed himself.
We of the rotted cranium shall follow his path with great interest.
As someone who grew up with a lot of classical music and also love heavier music - this was the best of both worlds😄

I'll absolutely be waiting for the new album coming up in March. Each one of KGC's songs just get better and better. The addition of a choir in this one just blew me AWAY.
One thing keygen church is especially known for is their work on the Indy game ultrakill. As the name suggests, it is very metal.
If you enjoy this song, another MBR/Keygen Church title I can definitely recommend is (and I cannot make this up) “Bullug Gegbug Ibgabiug Gixcure Dagabciea Fuic” (yes that is its name). Think the euphoria of this song, but for *18 minutes*.
Glad to see MBR/Keygen Church gaining more ground outside of its roots in ULTRAKILL.

What an experience! I've always wondered what a large cathedral organ would sound like with a metal backing... now I know. It works beautifully together! The choir was the finishing touch.

The game *Ultrakill* has amazing music as well that should not be overlooked, if any I hope these songs help understand why the music is so great.

Your reaction is very similar to my own when I heard my first Keygen Church track.
"Where have you been all my life" and "I didn't know I needed this" were both things I said.
This track is so dark, beautiful and powerful it seems like an emotional boss fight is happening.
When it drops to just piano it brings such a magical quality to it I can't describe the feeling.
I look forward to you hearing the longest KC track, because it has distinct passages and mood changes that wash over you and feel like they may take over by the end.

I showed this to both my sons that it was a hit with both of them. The youngest who is in to all things digital and composing really enjoyed it. I'll have to investigate a little further but I like what I heard as well. The organ was epic I wasn't expecting what came next at all. ❤ and ✌️

cannot find it right this moment, but the gist of it is gebuerjeit (at least part of it) is comprised of the emotions the composer felt after he had a small argument with his wife that turned into a fight. he pretty much turned his sadness and regret into art.

Cegab ufqua radurrac from the first album. And if you want something from his main project, Master Boot Record, Cluster 1337 is one of my all time favorites (be warned though, it’s over 21 minutes long)
