Disclaimer, this whole ultrakill ost made by one and only composer, hakita who's also a lead developer, game design, sound design of the game But hey there's guest composer on the game ost, like keygen church, health and meganeko. Keygen church made tenebre Rosso sangue and ultrachurch Health made Hateful which is cybergrind or farm killing points on the game
Also, for content, The World looks White plays at the start of 7-1, in a white labirinth, but when you finnaly start a fight and finnaly paint that labirinth with blood, The World looks Red finnaly plays. The world is your canvas So take up your brush And paint The world RED
I hope you react to the rest of the songs in the 7th layer. Songs like Hear! The Siren Song Call Of Death, paired with its younger brother Do Robots Dream Of Eternal Sleep? I think you'll enjoy the time signatures in the first song.
always love seeing music reactions by musicians. you should check out the ost for the fanmade ultrakill campaign, fraudulence. especially because its a fusion of classical music and breakcore, you'll like it :) the ost's in order is: Valley of Fools Profaned Community Turning Point It's Perfection all of them besides the last one is made by Marzuku with help from saxophonists and more.
Some context for The World Looks White with slight spoilers: This song is very eerie and calm, made even more creepier as you enter the Violence layer of Hell and are greeted with a very white labyrinth and stillness. You would expect the place to be much more violent, given the name and the events that take place prior to getting to this point. The songs of this layer have a sense of melancholy and tragedy to them all, as this layer reflects on violence rather than the act of it. This is the point of Ultrakill’s story where the bleakness and inevitable end of it all becomes more transparent, with less glory present in the songs and more tragedy appearing There’s certainly a loss of innocence too, with the main player headed further and further into their own grave as they continue to venture into Hell The album covers show 3 Mannequins, grotesque demons of stone that are native to the violence layer. Violence as a whole is taken very differently in Ultrakill, but I won’t elaborate on that cause spoilers
Just a curiosity about the mannequins, the "thing" that created the mannequins heavily inspired on Humans (spoiler moment, procede if you want to know about Gutterman and Mannequins) Gutterman is a Russian robot created by Humans, he have a minigun and a shield, but most important, he is the first machine that started to use blood as fuel, but humans cannot make the blood fresh at start to be usefull, so, Guttermans have a coffin on his back, where a human was aprisionated and Gutterman use his blood while making he alive to make the blood fresh, yeah, this is torture, and Hell or the "thing" that did the mannequins inspired on this, mannequins is a prision that have souls, and they cannot move, its an eternal prision.
the three figures in the cover are called Mannequins, and they are a creation of hell or some unknown force in the labyrinth of violence. That unknown force got inspiration from a human made machine of war known as the gutter man. I will eplain more in the replies on the lore in violence if you want.
sinners that tried to escape the labyrinth in the garden of forking paths (first level in violence) after god left heaven and the angels that were making sure the sinners in hell did their punishment went back to heaven. Sinners that tried to escape the labyrinth and took a rest like sleep or just sat down for too long were ripped apart limb by limb and put back together in a statue like entity that is now the mannequins, it is theorized that HELL ITSELF created the mannequins because hell is a giant hyper organism that is sentient and is dark and cruel.
@@digletdo violence also has some of the more insane lore in ultrakill, like with the trees. what im referring to is that every tree is a person, and something as simple as just a branch falling off is like losing a limb/breaking a bone (iirc). Pretty sure the same goes for leaves, too. In the game, if you go up to them and listen closely you can hear screaming coming from the trees.

I believe more accurately to the game, it is a fight between the dark, and the darker.
Evil vs More Evil.
You play as evil, fighting evil.
violence versus violence. thats honestly my interpretation.
