Awesome that you watch Bri!! She is also one of my very favorites!! Thank you Julie for all your inspiration, I've been watching your videos for 2 yrs now and I've bing watched them all girl!! Love your style , keep up the good work cause we love you!!
I miss seeing these kinds of videos from you. All the really cool things you made with bits and pieces and scraps back at the beginning when you were still in your LA house. Those are my favorite videos from you. I like the thrift flips, too, but these are my faves. 💞
Those heavy rusted odd shaped metal pieces are small rock drilling bits used to drill through rock. My newly retired husband had to tell me they were old Timken bits now manufactured by Brunner and Lay Inc. in Springdale, Arkansas. 😉 I’m new to your site and love your creativity! You always make something lovely out of what most consider to be nothing. ❤
I just found some birds for 75 cents each and a couple of finials at an antique mall. I can’t wait to get home and paint them and recreate what Julie did!❤😊
You hit it out of the park on ALL your ideas. This is where you shine! Maybe a machinist can tell you what those parts are if no one else can. Congratulations, Julie! These ideas are great!
MISS JULIE...you have TRULY outdone yourself in this one...I am RIGHT NOW, as we speak, dipping some old florals with plaster of Paris to make some of these knob vases...I even plastered the stems...they are looking FANTASTIC...on the larger chair legs I had (they may be couch legs...lol) I am chippy painting them and adding greenish "patina" and added some moss hanging down from around the hole in the leg where the floral bush is glued in....they ARE STUNNING...I could not figure out how to add my photos of these on here...Thank you so soooo much for sharing this with us...I even used a long piano leg to the mix that was already naturally chippy with a vintage green paint...glued a birdhouse on top and added some little genuine feather birds with wire from the birdhouse...they look like they are "flying" to my birdhouse....all done with your inspiration!!! I wait, biting my nails (!) for your next video!!!.....Love and Hugs from Lake Charles!
Only you, Julie could put something together with all those different little pieces. 🤭These were awesome DIY‘s thank you for the inspiration. God bless.
I’m so glad I clicked on your upload. This week I rescued antique hardware from a dresser that was curb side. I wasn’t sure what to do with them but the moment I saw your frame with the greenery in the brass handle I found their purpose. Just happens I found a bunch of brand new frames still in the plastic curb side too. Ty for not painting the finials with the green branches im over everyone painting everything white and distressing it.
These projects are all so creative. I miss seeing these types of videos from you. I enjoy the ones you make with stamps to get ideas from, but I don’t do stamping. I like to see more variety like in the video.
I thought the bird project was my favorite, then you did the frame greenery. Then you made the grater with lavender! I have 3 of those graters from another update I did. I had no idea how to use them until now. Wonderful video. One of my favorite of all times
I lurve the last project, the little cards on there were so cute. You have a great imagination, I love seeing what you can do with scraps that most people would bin. Loving the thrifting videos too 😍
My goodness, you are so creatively talented! The last project was so clever. I love them all. The wooden flower pots are darling. I love watching your videos. Take care!!
Julie all of these projects are awesome. I especially love the last one with the clip for notes and pics. You have an amazing ability to see something become beautiful from junk❤❤
I love the one with the lavender I like what you said and it really looks better to have just smaller pieces so that you can see the holes of the cheese grater it really makes it all one I really really like it
HI Julie, I am glad you left the birds white on the bayberry base, The lichen color looks like a nice contrast to the bayberry, is it??? Sometimes gray and greens I have trouble with on-line. I liked the cheese grater with the greens better than the lavender. I just love when you put this and that together and make art! I loved them all. Thanks Julie
When you first started, I thought the stems in those little knobs would look - well, silly - my bad ! They are adorable ! Now I have to go find some - lol ! Also, I know you love glossy white, but for those of us who don’t, a quick spray of clear satin acrylic makes glossy white look almost like bone china
Julie my friend you out done yourself on all these DIY’s they were just gorgeous. I loved every single one of them.. I love what you done with the handles took them apart and used the small parts and put greenery in them and placed them on the wooden frame milk painted them sage green.. This was awesome video!!
Julie!! Wow I love all of these ideas! The cabinet pull vases are my fave!!! I save the pics as my guide for when I want to try one of your ideas! Have a great weekend from South Mississippi

Yes agree
Yes, Your Fans LOVE YOUR DARLING STYLE 💖
FYI: “Lichen” is pronounced “Like-in.” And both of the green paint colors are so good! I’m going to have to get some! Thanks again Julie!

I agree with you that the smaller sprigs of lavender look better than the other floral! Really cute!!
I love all of the projects! I keep changing my mind on which one is my favorite. I believe the color Lichen is actually pronounced "like-en."
Love the cheese grater with the lavender sprigs and the green frames!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING!!
I think you have drill bits. Love all the projects but the large chippy green finials are my favorites.
Love these , so cute. I love birds so the finials with birds on top are so beautiful. Very creative. 🤗

My favorite kind of projects - quick, easy, and beautiful! TFS
The little four-pointed metal things are hammer drill bits! I love the use of such a unique 'craft' item!!
I liked them all, but the little ovals from the handles with the wood frame!! So cute! And the little drill bits, great idea 😊😊
When I paint the knobs, I usually use a bamboo stick from the dollar store. I use them for dowels also for smaller projects.
The little knobs and cheese graters with greenery are genius!
Only you, Julie could put something together with all those different little pieces. 🤭These were awesome DIY‘s thank you for the inspiration. God bless.
The picture hanger with the wooden rods at the end is my favorite love all of them thank you

I did a similar thing. I used a vintage glass / brass doorknob, added a dried pink rose. It's so pretty 😍

BTW...I NEED that Acadiana Pear Paint....omg...it will be on my first order in the next few weeks...BEAUTIFUL....
I need to look for finials, etc. now. Thanks for all the great ideas. I'm definitely trying the cheese grater idea as I have 3.
