All of your choices are beautiful. However, and I mean NO NEGATIVITY by this the art feels too high. I get that it’s a gallery wall so a lot of the rules usually don’t apply but on camera they look too high. I feel like if you had more division other than the hooks it might feel more intentional. I know you said you didn’t want to replicate what you have on the wall around the corner. It is your home and if you love it I love it for you.
I agree. And I mean no negativity either! Because it’s such a large wall I feel the picture frames are too small/misproportioned to fill in that space. Maybe if all the frames were similar in size to the large one that is above the jacket it would fill the wall better.💕
It’s definitely the camera angle ☺️ In person this wall feels full now and the frames aren’t too small. It’s hard to capture everything to the true potential it has because of angles and such.
I love it. I also think if you were to hang other things from the hooks it will look beautiful also! Great job!
I love what you've created! It looks beautiful, love all of it😊 You can never have too many frames, you'll use them eventually.😄 I'm also working on my entry hallway, its a pretty large space. I've collected framed art, prints and empty frames for quite A while, also some shelves I'll be adding in. I know I've got some prints I'll have to cut also.🫣nervous about that! I have 2 walls, one is pretty large the other will just have several pieces. I'm pretty excited about it especially after watching your video!😊 Again it looks beautiful!

Great job. I wouldn’t have taken the hooks so far across the wall and some of the pics are just hung way too high.
We wanted to make the entire wall functional so that’s why we took it all across ☺️ and the pics looks really high in the clips but in person they feel just right ❤️
Wow !!! Looks amazing ! I agree with some that some pics look a little high but that could be the camera angle. There are so many fun things you can do with this gallery. I love when there's a few "objects" hung mixed in with photos. The sky is the limit ! Great job and congrats on 19,000 you deserve it!

I put up gallery walls in my home last year. I had no idea I had so much artwork stored in my closets. I was very much into the victorian look in the early 1990's. I decided to use every piece of art I had on the walls. I had several pieces in all sizes but mostly 16 x 20's. Most of the frames are dark brown. I made a wall of still-life floral and old fashioned victorian children with pets. I had several gold mirrors and did a gallery wall in the dining room. Both came out great. I also added in oval framed art also. Are you going to continue adding more art to your wall and fill in the gaps? The more the better! Small frames would look good in between the gaps and add some more interest. I like your video content!

Love the pictures and the whole idea, but the pictures are high forcing you to look at the ceiling unless it’s the camera angle. ❤
It’s the camera angle 🙂 we intentionally wanted the photos higher but they aren’t as high in person

Love your channel and your decorating style! My husband just said he wanted something for shoes to place in the garage before coming into the house. Now I will be looking for an entertainment center to transform. We see that spot multiple times a day so we want it to look nice.

What a difference 🩵 the pictures looked like they were high but maybe it was the angle of the camera. I think you can add on more art work as you go. I love gallery walls 🩵 I like how you do things on a budget 🩵 beautiful 🩵

Hey, if you want the prints to have a less shiny, more oil painting look, try brushing Mod Podge in small strokes over the entire print. Once dry, it will look like a painting.
The wall looks great. I would keep my eye out for a another matching bench to continue the look down the wall. Or perhaps a copper boot tray or two to draw the eye across the wall.
Love these ideas! Ive heard of using the Mod Podge but I haven’t tried it myself ☺️

Thought you might like to know, I have used wallpaper paste on the back of pictures to stick to boards, cardboard, etc. It works amazing and has a smooth outcome.

Was the process easy at Walgreens? Price? I purchased some downloads from Etsy & was just curious. Heard Walgreens was cheaper than the office stores
Yes it’s easy! And much cheaper than CVS. Walgreens almost always has discounts on photos. They had a 40% off when I ordered these and I got several photos many of which were larger prints. It was originally like $89 but with the discount it was around $50 for all of them. Would be even cheaper which smaller prints of course.

Your prints looks so beautiful and the frames! I went to order from Etsy and I purchased two pictures, but I don’t know how to get them so that I can go to Walgreens and get copies. Can you prompt me a little
Yes, so for the one I used I bought the PDF file off of Etsy and then from there I was able to get the link to download the prints to my computer and then just ordered them through Walgreens photo ☺️

The wall is so nice.Great find with the bench and baskets.I usually take the glass out of pictures or mod podge the glass so I dont have a glare.

It’s called Lamp Room Gray by Farrow and Ball ☺️ we color matched it to a different paint brand though to save some money.

It looks great!! My husband doesn’t have the same style as me so it’s a struggle. I wish he didn’t care what the decor looked like 😅. If there’s something we both like he wants to think about then 3 years later we still didn’t do it 🥵. We just got my daughter’s senior pics so I’m trying to figure out how to style those pics.
