1. Jamie is probably below Competent right now due to her issues with consistency around C#5, noticeable increase in nasality, lack of consistent resonance and openness currently. Her HV is also more stylistic these days. I’m not sure where she is exactly but Raina, Baek, Solar and Wheein are better in mix right now. I would say she is either above average/capable or above average/capable to competent depending on if her other registers are still at a high level. Uji is still better than Ali due to her exceptional lower range and improved openness in her mix over the years. For the vocalists ranking order: 1. Narsha Unknown. Bohyung would’ve been a safe no.2 but I’ve heard increasingly tight and tense belts from her. I’m not so sure so I won’t comment on her ranking. 2. Solji 3. Minkyung (she used to be higher than Solji but I’d argue Solji is better rn because her C#5s and mid belting is more solid than before and she has the better chest voice. Minkyung uses a falsetto voice a lot so her HV isn’t that much of a plus due to consistency issues. 4. Sunye 5. Haena? Not sure but she’s somewhere in capable 6. Dana? I’m not sure but she’s also capable 7. Seunghee 8. Jea (I’d actually put her in average/standard to above average/capable. Her A3/Bb3 - B4/C5 doesn’t make the capable tier for myself. I’m not sure about Park Kitoung but she does not support that low at all. Her lower range is often pure air and her mix is riddled with large amounts of tension from the tongue. So is her head voice. She’s a very low competent (under Bada) at the very best but I doubt it.
I agree with most of @Lab's comment. One thing I'd change is that Haena isn't developed enough for a Capable rating, yet, or at best only a fringe Capable rating. Her mix is getting there with C#5 but her low is quite average. Resonance consistency can be an issue for her although it's getting slightly better in recent occasions. I'll put her ~ or lower toJeA. I wouldn't say Eunji has surpassed Taeyeon. Her head voice still needs a lot of work to be considered a consistent asset. Luna is still better than Taeyeon yes.
