In this video I show you how to set up your UG Ugee 1910b. I show you how to uninstall drivers and then reinstall new drivers. I also show you have to calibrate your pen.

just go on there website if your on windows and the tablet has a screen you are on windows use the test drivers they work fine

Hello Drew: Well i just got my UGEE 2150, and I did have n experiance with it. NOT the UGEE,S Fault!!! what it was is that, I works GREAT! when Your Computer and (Only) The Ugee Monitor is conected and you download the drivers. AND YOUR MAIN COMPUTER SCREEN IS AT 100% and Not 125% or 150% in Scaling! If you Keep it at 100% and download the drivers and install them with only the UGEE screen Monitor and restart. Everything should work Fine! The Monitor Scaling Must be at 100% Because that is the Native of the UGEE Screen!! I am VERY HAPPY WITH IT NOW!! Jack!!!
Question: How do you go about the calibration on Windows? I just got this tablet for Christmas and I'm having a hard time with this last step of the setup.

Can U help me? I need an installation disc for my UGEE 1910b, but I dont know where to get it? I have a DELL with Windows 10, and when I try to install driver from UGEE webbsite my computer says that it cant find the screen.... However, I'm sitting and working on it? My UGEE pen is working fine - BUT as a normal mouse pen…… And af cause I can work on Krita, but not with pen pressure , because I cant install the UGEE driver program.
So I hope a real installation disc can work.

Oh my gosh thank you, I've been getting frustrated I just set mine up today I have a VGA to HDMI and my god the resolution is terrible on the screen. So Proooobably will be going back to Radio Shack and getting that DVI to HDMI instead, that would make sense if I were connecting this to my Lap Top which is an Acer Aspire from 2015
Hi Kendall, yeah I think that would help a lot. When I use my VGA cable it looks terrible. If you have an external monitor it might already come with the DVI cord....you will probably just need to pick up the connector piece. Glad this helped! Let me know how it goes. Thanks for commenting:)
Wellll I got the DVI, definitely faster response. For whatever reason the resollution is still .. it's ehh it's tollerable for me. And also this monitor takes getting used to doesn't it. Pretty bulky and heavy but still nice!
@@drawingwithdrew6695 So I took out this monitor because I got a new computer, and the tablet doesnt work on it anymore. I don't think I have the CD anymore yeah.. unfortunately... So I think it won't work since it did not detect any hardware on the computer... maybe there's CD I can download?
Hi@@KendallFalk, you don't need the CD, you just need the drivers. If you go to the UGEE website, look for something called drivers. Then download the one for your model and you should be good to go!
Im really late to the party but oh well! When I open the touch tablet folder and open the Tablet setting, it says no tablet found? How do I fix this?

Use the DVI cable. The HDMI cable didn't work for me as I am more used to it than VGA or the DVI. Also, go into the display settings and make sure to select the Ugee as the main screen. Also, you can use the Ugee as a monitor which I'm doing now.
I still can't get it to work... I did it before but now when I hooked it back up, it won't work. I've reinstalled and tried everything. it works with my windows, but not mac. I'm honestly at a loss. When I try to open the settings, it just say "Tablet not found"
I think I found the solution, I’m using a windows ten and I had the same thing happen, what you wanna do is go to device manager and look for display adapters once you click on that look for something that say Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 and click on it, after that click enable device and let it load, the screen should show up on the Tablet.
I recently updated my windows 10 and my dell, and now all I get is "no signal" on my ugee. I don't know what to do.

I've been trying to connect this to my macbook all day. All os, and drivers are updated. I purchased a "active" MD to VGA" cable as well. The screen will mirror like a second monitor but the pentablet driver just gives a error of "tablet not found". Any help would be appreciated.
Hello! I have a question which I was hoping you would've gone over, but didn't in the video. How do I configure my pen to the way I want it? On the control panel for the monitor/pen in the button menu, there only seem to be certain options, mostly being right click/left click/double click/etc. and the pen/eraser toggle is very glitchy when selected and doesn't work. What I would like to know is if there is a way to fix the pen/eraser toggle and maybe find a way to apply undo/redo?

where would you be able to buy a usb cable like the one you plugged into the tablet? i got my tablet second-hand so i didn't have one, and i'm not sure where to find one (or if there's one specific for Ugee)

I seem to be having some issues using it as a double monitor. I did not have this problem before it just happened recently. I can only have the tablet's screen on, or I am unable to use the pen on the tablet properly. I have been trying different setting regarding the monitors configuration but I cannot fix the problem. I can only have the tablet as the only monitor when I try to work with it.
I just have 3 months with my tablet and I am wondering if there is a way to fix that issue?

i stumble upon on the internet having problems like and I'm one also, if you want to work on the pen tablet only and want the main laptop or pc monitor sleeping you may use the "win + P" then an option will show if you want a dual screen,extended or projector/pen display only and Main monitor only... i hope this would help :)
hey guys! I was also having issues with the new windows 10 update so i un-installed the old drivers and went to the ugee website to install the new drivers then i went to the tablet icon at the bottom of my screen and chose monitor settings simply chose my tablet as the main monitor then i went to the calibration setting and calibrated my pen! hope this helps for you guys with Windows instead of IOS! Thanx for the great vid DREW ^_^!!

Do you know how to color calibrate the ugee 1910b? For whatever reason the RGB color calibration option on the menu doesn't exist anymore after updating the drivers?? It only has the pre-set up options.
I got mine today and when I go to the website to install the driver it works but I dont get a pop up allowing me to configure the pen and its annoying for me since mine is quite a bit off.
I can't press the first cross hair on my tablet when trying to calibrate it. I don't know what's wrong with it and have tried changing the resolution but nothing so far has worked
I'm sure this has been asked so many times but this is to everyone. So my tablet has been working just fine for a few months, but I took a few weeks of not using it and now the monitor won't work. Like the tablet itself won't turn on, no red or blue light on it. The pressure sensitivity works and you can use it but it will show on my computer screen and not the tablet. I used the hdmi cable on Windows 10. Help?
Hmm...Do you have it plugged into a surge protector? Is it possible that it got partially fried through a power surge?
Hi Drew, I have a question for you about the Ugee " PN01" pen that I've purchased on Amazon. This battery-free pen is supposed to be compatible with the Ugee "M708" tablet, which I own one as well. I've gone to the Ugee website, downloaded various drivers, installed and uninstalled, followed instructions and after all this the Ugee "PN01" pen still doesn't work! I don't even get a blue light flashing on my tablet to indicate that the "PN01" is connecting. If you can help me in anyway I appreciate it.
Question, When the pen is charging up will it light up? and how long does the ugee pen take to fully charge?
Hi B.Haines. Yes. There should be a blue light emitting from the buttons when your pen is being charged. I think it takes about 30 min to be fully charged. Thanks for the comment!
mine doesn't do that at all and i have the basic ugee pen. Is it broken? it still works on my screen but there's like 0 sensitivity when i draw and its really crappy XD
Just recently got myself one of these,but noticed something very peculiar: mine doesn't have a USB port on it anywhere. Any chance you recorded this portion of the video (0:51) with your 2150?

Hey SpitfireAnimations...sure thing. ugee.net/download/index/id/65.html ...try this...just select your tablet from the drop down menu at the top. I find that certain browsers don't allow the Ugee page to load properly. That could be your problem. Good luck!

Um so I bought mine right it came in the mail I got it tried to set it up but you see how there is that one black hole right next to the HDMI thing MINE DOESNT HAVE IT PLZ HELP

The vga cord my ugee 1910B came with definitely will not connect to my laptop. the ports were not made for a vga cord like that. is there a cord for a Dell laptop? With only the USB, my ugee's screen says "no signal", but the pen works.
Hi Arsenic, did you try looking for a vga to hdmi adapter? You might try turning your screen's aspect ratio at 1440 x 900 to see if that makes a difference. Good luck!

I've had this issue for sometime and I need some advice. My UGEE pen monitor. has this issue where I launch drawing software but it's not detecting the pen. I do a few strokes and nothing. The Monitor can detect the pen no problem but when it comes to working with the software it never works. I did try reinstalling the driver but nothing worked there. The only way to get it to work was logging out and logging back in of windows but I need a permanent solution. Do you have any advice?
Sometimes when I do start it though, it does work 100% right from the get go but that doesn't always happen. A solution would be nice thanks.
Hey! My Ugee came with two pens, and I was using one for quite a while a then it stopped charging and died. I've looked forever, but I can't find out how to connect the other pen?? 🤷🏼♀️

What kind of mac are you using? I want to invest in this tablet and I currently use a macbook air. Would I be able to use both with the adapter or would I need a better laptop or pc ?
I set up that tablet fine but when i plug the tablet into my mac, the screen quality of the mac screen becomes grainy and pixelated and the display on the ugee 1900b isnt very good either
Hi, I got a UGEE M100L and no matter what I try, I cannot get the driver to work. There is no icon on the taskbar at all even though it says the driver is installed. Yeah so theres no pen pressure because of this. NO other drivers installed! I use a PC... help ;c

Hi, I've watched your video and followed the steps that you've provided. I have the 1910B driver on my Macbook however the tablet settings continue to crash when I attempt to open it. I've reinstalled at least 5 times. I was wondering if there was something else I could do so that it opens.

No matter what happens, my pen will ONLY work in the ugee pressure test window, and the calibration test. when i click anywhere else, NOTHING. Also, it for some reason work inside of a window if I switch my monitors (make the other my main one or duplicate displays), but it still won't work on one screen. Thoughts on how to fix? Uninstalling and reinstalling drviers doesn't work :/
hmm thats frustrating. Have you tried it on another computer? If is has the same problem on another computer it is most likely defective in some way and I would contact ugee for support
OK so here's the DL my ugee is fine but for whatever reason no matter what I do with calibration or pen pressure my pen or 'mouse' won't respond to anything while SAI paint tool is open it is even a good inch and a half away from the touch down point. The tablet works in all my other programs just not SAI and I have also tried downloading multiple versions of SAI as well..Anyone else having this problem if so please tell me what you did to fix it...
Strange...same problem started to happy for me in manga studio. My pen works fine in photoshop but manga seems to loose connectivity every once in a while. Let's hope someone can answer this question for us:)

Hi Andrew, I'v never had a problem with the pen over charging but I can see how it could possibly overheat. Have you tried the other pen that comes with it?
Got a problem. To fully install the Ugee 1910b with the disk, but my laptop has no CD drive (My Toshiba Windows 10 laptop is built without one) I was wondering can I download it instead. I tried Ugee site and once i downloaded it nothing happen. I've connected the Ugee to the laptop and all, but that one download to get complete pen sensitivity is not working.
Hi bclowns333, Ugee recommends that you use the downloaded version rather than the CD anyway. Have you tried adjusting the pen pressure sensitivity settings within the program you are working in? If the pen works but you can't vary the line weight then I think the problem would lay in the actually program. If not, then adjust your tablet settings (should be in control panel) I believe. Let me know if that works.
Everything fix, all I need to do was to download a zip files for download (Which I thought I had the whole time but didn't), but thank you. I got the little icon so that was pretty much all I need. Thank you So much :)

Hmmm I'm so sorry but I have never actually used illustrator. It's something I would like to get into though. If you find a solution would you mind posting it on here for others? Thanks 30rN
DRAWING with DREW tried different drivers, different illustrator versions, nothing seems to work, you can’t select “pen pressure”. Guess illustrator only likes wacom.
Do you know how to deal with installing the tablet drivers?
I get this error "System has detected other tablet drivers. You need to uninstall all other tablets drivers before installing Tablet driver."
I have tried everything suggested by ugee, tried regedit, different registry cleaning software.
Hi JE Woo. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty installing the drivers. I am assuming you followed my steps too in trying to uninstall your previous drivers? The only thing I could suggest is, try installing your monitor on another computer to make sure everything works okay and that you aren't receiving the same error. If it works okay then you may need to reformat your computer. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Best of luck!
Thanks for the response, I did manage to fix it. I had to reinstall windows it is an extreme measure, but in the end it solved my problem.

i uninstall the ugee2150 to my laptop coz the pen is not responding while i'm doing some job the pen cursor just left in some area and while i right clicking then it will respond then after that will not respond again, what i had do is reinstall it but i set the properties of the installer to "run in compatibility mode" after that it became ok again, I've just discover that tip from somewhere in google world hope you find it too, hope this will be useful to others

lately I noticed that if I maintain the icon of the Ugee Tablet Properties (where you can calibrate etc) on the taskbar the problem will goes on even after I have setup, what I discovered, I just removed it from the taskbar after using it and then the problem did not persist anymore. My driver doesn't have a calibrate option... only a match monitor one. I'm stuck! Help please anyone :-(
Ugee are useless. They won't answer this question. Can you? The calibrate option isn't there... instead it says match monitor. I've got this expensive equipment sat here without being used :-(

You'll need an adaptor...Not many computers have VGA sockets these days
everything worked in this but my tablet pen is only set to my tv screen instead of itself, do you know how i can fix this ?

i have it hooked to my smart tv and the drawing software does open up on my tablet but it wont calibrate at all. iv bought a new pen but it still wont work, the calibration (where you have to hit the 'x') opens on only my tv. i dont know how to fix it.

This is so confusing becauase my computer is completely different so i think i deleted a bunch of things that i wasn't suppose to delete and i went on to the ugee website and it was completely redone. Hi mhia, sorry to hear that. Is it working now? You might try installing it on another computer first to see if the problem lies with your tablet or your Chromebook
Won't let me install, I've uninstalled all the old Huion drivers and it still tells me it's detected old drivers.
Hmm very strange. Have you got it working? I guess as a last resort you could back up all your info and reformat your computer. That would definitely remove the previous drivers

I have a ugee m1000l tablet with windows 10 and when I push down my pen works like I can move the cursor but u know when u can like not actually touch the tablet n use it as a mouse or whatever like u can move It without touching the tablet yeah and its not working n Its making me very upset can u maybe help me cuz I cant find shit on google or anything :(

I have a quick question about the 1910b's pen. The pen has the buttons on it right? Well, I wanted to set up hotkeys in clip studio to be the hand tool and the eyedropper, but I can't seem to figure out how to do so, and I can't seem to find any tutorials.

Hi David, I am assuming you tried adjusting the pen pressure sensitivity? I would try it out on a few different drawing programs to see if the problem is with the software. Let me know how it goes
