Yes, but Snow was the one who opened her eyes to that monster. He was honest and told how it would proceed. And until the witch there showed her true colours, she had the Mocking Jay (Katniss)
I never knew why Snow was laughing. When I first read the book, I assumed it was because he had lied to Katniss and convinced her that Coin was just another Snow as a last act of war against the rebellion that had taken him down. But, now I'm not sure. Now, I think he may have laughed because he was genuinely happy that he got Katniss to understand. There will always be another Snow. The world will never be free of them. All we can do is take them out when we identify them. He got her to understand that even Coin's death wouldn't be the end of tyrrany. Just a fresh start for it to bloom anew.
I’m trying to phrase it, because i understand it but- the emotion doesn’t really have a name. I dont think it’s relief; he would die, he knew his fate was sealed. Justice, perhaps- though, at this point again he had already lost everything. His laughter, it is the most honest thing that’s ever left his mouth i think; the laugh of a dead man who won the game he was playing with Coin. He had the last laugh. Dead or alive, he had gotten that last win- at least, that’s how i interpret it.

Snow's evil was not crooked. He was honest about who and what he was Coin was pretending to be a liberator when she really just wanted Snow's position.
Katniss lost everyone, Finnick died, Prim died, Father died, Peeta lost his memories, her mom cut her off, Johanna left, Haymitch's an alcoholic, annie lived in district 4, everyone she met in the games died, Cinna died, anyone who meant anything to her died, all at the fault of snow, yet she had to stand there and shoot coin instead of the person who took her life to save others.

From what I read on Internet, it was for hurting Katniss mentally for being sure she won't be her rival when she'll have the power. And the only way to do it was to voluntarily sending Prim to the Capitol for being killed
Okay so if you wanna watch the film later you might wanna avoid this but since you asking here i am Katnis (the woman with the bow) fought a long political and military battle against Snow (the man who laughs). However, there was one thing Snow said to Katniss: they promised not to lie to each other, and Snow kept his word. In reality, Snow was undoubtedly the villain and had been openly so all along. Coin on the other hands, pretended to be good, claiming to be a leader fighting against Snow while seeking Katnis’s cooperation to liberate the oppressed citizens. Yet, in the end, Coin did everything to secure her own rise to power, regardless of the means. One of her actions was dropping bombs on a group of children and nurses gathered in the city, resulting in the death of Primrose, Katnis’s younger sister. In the final conversation between Katniss and Snow, he reminded her who is the real enemy, Katniss discovered that Snow had already been defeated before the bombs were dropped. Therefore, Snow had no reason to harm the citizens. It was actually Coin’s plan to frame Snow for the attack. Upon realizing this, on the day of Snow’s execution, Katnis chose to shoot Coin instead, as shown in the clip.
TLDR the old woman pretended to lead a revolution to free people from tyranny but was actually evil and organized killing civilians for propaganda. Katniss decides in the last moment to kill her even though no one else knew the truth yet
All started when the sister of the main character got chosen so she volunteered gone through hell. Then she the parachute bombs which were an idea from her best friend. They look like presents but are bombs. And the also habe a secondary explosion to also kill all helpers. So the sister if the her was one of the helpers and died from the second explosion. So she remembered that Snow (the guy) couldn’t have done it and it had to be Coin (the women) that was responsible and was only using her. So every fighting she did all she has gone through to end up on the same situation as before. She knew Snow was gonna be killed anyways so she took out Coin
It's my least favorite part. I thought Peeta was miscast and portrayed as simply submissive in every way to Katniss as opposed to her equal - which a woman of her strength deserved.
