Turning the cheese grater on its side, then grating, keeps the carrot shavings in the cubby of the grater, then you can just empty the grater into the pan or bowl.
We have made this exactly the same for years when camping or just grilling. We like to use a little butter and dill weed….. sometimes Oregano & a little garlic….its an Italian thing 😂. Easy Peasy!
There's really little danger from cooking with aluminum foil as studies show that only a very small amount of aluminum leaches from foil into food during cooking Unless you're cooking high acidic food but the body naturally eliminates aluminum through the digestive system.
Looks like a chicken Boy Scout special - we cook these with hamburger on hot coals every time we go camping. I would like to try the chicken version. By the way, you get more Al in baking powder than that which leaches from the metal. If you are concerned with Al in food, you better check all of your cookware, soda and other storage!
They watch a recipe so they can complain about it…get a life and move on. I don’t eat meat, but if I did I would give this a try. And the seasoning is up to you, I know what I like, don’t you?
Wow…such rude comments. If you don’t want to use aluminum, don’t. If you want to cut your veggies different, then do that. But maybe try kindness. Just a thought. I thought the combination of the food items was original with the sour cream, and bet it tastes fab!
All these commenters complaining about the use of foil surely never cook food in/on anything made of metal. Does cooking in Pyrex contaminate the food with glass?🤣
lol. i bet they have NEVER been camping. we would wrap up taters and toss them in the fire or anything else we needed to. foil is an EXCELLENT cooking tool!
@@littlebug1026 Right! Every high-end steakhouse in America serves their giant baked potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil. Do you think these businesses would “poison” their customers? Not to mention the liability involved if that was even true.
Great recipe! But the foil must be eliminated , very bad health concerns tied to foil , check for yourself , no reason to listen to a 40 year cooking experience 😵💫😵💫😂

I’m not a fan of tin foil, I’d probably layer it all in a baking pan and use a cover, also I wonder, when tenderizing meat with plastic wrap is plastic getting into your food?!
Looks good but Too slow! Don't need to see slicing, peeling and grating. Show one or two seconds and move on. Don't need to see layering the second chicken breast. Eight minute video should be 4 minutes.
The 'secret' is never revealed. A long process to produce a meal. Was concerned that whenever a grater was used, the person held the grater by the other sharp edges instead of the safe handle at the top. Nice AI voice, but given the sentence structure, clearly made in India. Actual English speaking people do not use this kind of sentence structure and choice of words. Lastly , who has the time to prepare this meal?
she made me nervous when she cuts pots and onions. she needs to have the fingernails facing the knife blade fingers slightly curved under. Look at pro chefs and see what i mean..
Why do these people think we need to see minutes of peeling carrots or potatoes. Playing it at double speed was the only thing making it tolerable
The carrot salad looks yummy as well. 😋

She’s got a round grater - It’s what I ddo with my box grater but that’s not going to work very well with her grater🤷♂️
I think it looks delicious and can't wait to try it.
Oh YUMMY! Looks delish!!! 😋

That looks delicious!
These days if cooking with aluminum foil, it's better to place parchment paper in between. The aluminum will leach onto the food.
So you’ve Never drank soda from a can?
Correct cos its heating to danger in the oven unlike coke in a can

Watching your knife skills, how do you still have fingers? Looks tasty tho
First comment nice 👍🏻 testy 👌🏼✨new friend zaberdast recipe stay connected friend ❤❤❤❤❤

Looks like a gruyere
Cannot for the life of me figure out how you still have Fingers??
My thoughts, exactly!
Lol
I know!!

Looks very good
Wouldn’t it be easier to later all this is a casserole baking dish and then cover with one piece of aluminum foil ?
No
Yes
I would for a large crowd. But for a few people I like the look of the individual servings.
Watch those fingers. Food looks yummy
I bake plenty of things in my 8x8 aluminum pan, how us this different? Looks yummy ...thanks for sharing 👍
I like the look of the individual servings.
I would like to know how many of the people bitching about the foil use microwaves.
Feel better now 🙄
😂😂 so WORRIED about the
Aluminum foil
Thanks to everyone for the helpful tips .😊
Wonderful video food looks YUMMY ❤
Looks great but I would sear/ brown the chicken first.
WOW! Those are some nice, huge chicken breasts! What brand are they??? I would like to try some of those, for sure!!
ty
I get Yuge ones from @walmart delivery 😅no kidding
More people complaining about the foil, than how delish the recipe was🫤🤔

looked more like mayo
Delicious!!!! Pray over your food if your that concerned about the aluminum lol😂😂😂
Thank God for it even if you aren’t concerned about aluminum
how do you keep from slicing your index finger w/o tucking them in?
I don't know if vinegar is necessary but it's not mentioned in the recipe.
Looks good but never would I put raw chicken on top of anything !
❤❤❤❤
Maybe banana leaves instead of tin foil
Can you use instant potatoes?

What temp and how long to cook for?
It tells you in the video, 180c for 35 mins.
I would put it all in one pan covered and bake till ckn is done
When you are chopping please use the very tips of the fingers to hold the potatoes and onion.
My anxiety.... how do you still have your skin and fingers??? Like watching my sister prep her meals for Girlscouts...
I don't know where you get your chicken, but those are the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen!!
What kind of cheese
I think you can use whatever kind of cheese you like
Cutting chicken breasts apart? . . . . .we’re they Siamese chickens?
Is that sour cream or yogurt??
Sour cream
So basically, you have steamed poorly seasoned chicken.
Cut glove please!!!
Ungesund! Nicht in Alufolie backen !
According to who?
Smashing chicken with the flat side of the tenderizing tool will keep the plastic out of the meat.
Sharper knife. For one nice try.
Would been much easier to just to filet the chicken then a little pounding

Potatoes didn't look brown ...
Why even comment if you have nothing nice to say?.. I just don’t get it. 😞
It would be helpful if the recipe was available here to copy. 🙄
U don’t need salt
How much harmful aluminum is going on your food?

Too much for my health.
OMFG does she really think people wanna watch her cut the carrots for 5 min. Obviously she was too lazy to make the editing better
Looks like that knife needs to be sharpened, looks like in the middle of the knife. Just saying

This person has 2 different cheese graters?!?!?!
Wow those are huge chicken breasts!
Don’t cook with aluminum!
According to whom?
You should never let tinfoil touch your food. Line your tinfoil with parchment paper
nothing about time to cook or temp
Here's a 2 min video on how to make a delicious chicken dish and 6 mins on how to cut and slice vegetables
Why not just but thin cut chicken breast
Anyone else worried about the cross contamination?! Chicken on the pepper grinder. 🤢
Do you know wrapping any food in aluminum foil releases heavy metals into your food.
Only if there’s vinegar involved
you want tender chicken buy the full breasts on the bone, cook it in corningware ... always tender
Funny, but I've never ever seen a chicken breast with, or on any bone...
@@poppykok5 there are split breasts and whole breasts
I don't want chicken to melt in my mouth.I just wanted to be good and tender.
I cringe when I see you cooking with aluminum foil!
Yuk that carrot salad is gross
And the aluminium will melt your insides
Laienhaft!
All that just to cook a chicken breast? Pass!!!
thats nasty
I guess nobody told her how unhealthy it is to cook in aluminum foil!!!
I’m not sure it matters..unless you grow your own food everything you put in your mouth is suspect.
I still cook with aluminum foil, parchment paper would be better.

I avoid foil whenever possible for about 3 years now
