I've only read the first couple of books in the series so far, but I would almost describe them in the same way. Kinda clunky and plodding, bordering on boring at times, but ultimately a great story with deep lore and rich world building. Great review! I will probably grab this one at some point.

What is the most important aspect of a VR game for you? Immersion? Gameplay? Graphics? Something else?

Haha, I didn't realize that. Yeah this game takes 6-8 hours to complete. 15 mins isn't much to go on. But maybe it's enough of a taste!
