@@camerasutra247 I have a Sony A7 IV and love it. I just bought a Canon R6 II just so I could use the RF 100-300 (haven't bought it yet but it's on my list lol).
Have anyone ever verified in scientific way if the white colour of the lens matters at all? I really don't like wildlife lenses that are white and I have to buy a cover anyway, so it is less visible for animals.
@@camerasutra247 But I was wondering even without any cover. Does it really impact image quality in full sun in the middle of summer comparing to colder/neutral temperatures? For me white lenses are a bit flashy, maybe there is no reason to make them white :)
I've preferred EF lenses in every case against the RF versions I've tried except the 100-300 2.8; returned all my RF lenses except that 100-300 RF.
The 100-300 is an exceptional lens. Looks like Sony wants to make one as well lol

@ 🙃
So the white or black barrel
You can get both and switch every week. Lol
@@camerasutra247 I have the 24-105 2.8 so I think the white so I can tell the difference.
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L (NO IS) is the only lens that I've kept from EF series.
It’s a hidden gem. There’s a lot of people don’t know about.
I am not bothered - the prices are so high man!
I agree

If you are buying a cover, it’s a moot point.
