target one is the OG model, the one that got popular on tiktok and the other ones are newer models (H2.0) which they did some adjustments to like the grip and more spill proof lids also thinner on the bottom to fit more cup holders ☺️ imo, both hold ice the same and i love them both
The one you showed from Target is the older model, Adventure. They now sell the new one, Flowstate H2O, that has the new lid and handle. And, the Stanley logo is on the bottom, no sticker!
It’s because it’s the first version “quencher” it’s not a fake, the first ones to come out were obviously not as good as the new ones. I love both of my versions equally. but yeah, that style handle is the older one, with the Philip head screws, different top & it says “since 1913” under the logo. hope this helps!
On mine, everything looks legit, except the Phillips head screws, and the handle is lower than the chrome ring by about 3/8 ''. The box looks exactly like the other Stanley I have seen. Maybe mine is counterfeit.
I’m returning my target ones and buying from Stanley. Ice does last two days I tested the target one. One of mine showed up with scratches so I’m afraid they will scratch easy so no thanks.
I noticed the same thing. And check the logo, my first one the logo is smooth with enamel, and the Target one has a sticker logo that seems like it will not stay on

Yours is indeed counterfeit. Lower handle, 2 rims instead of 3, Allen or star screw and the genuine cups have a recycle logo on the bottom inside.
Most likely a different model of the cup was the target one cheaper ? If so that’s probably the case .
Same price. Also sold as the exact same thing but a different color
